Beachfront Condo Pensacola Beach

This is a true beachfront property. The condo is steps away from a private beach on the Santa Rosa Sound. This unit has fantastic views of both the Sound and the Gulf which is directly across the street. The condo complex is on the southern end of the island towards Fort Pickens. There is an outdoor pool in the complex as well. Come play in the sand, watch the sunset, and enjoy all the beach has to offer. Our unit has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Just bring your own food and drink.

The unit features:
* Private balcony in each room with unobstructed views of the water.
* Large deck out the front door which is steps away from the water.
* Reserved covered parking for two vehicles under the unit. Additional unassigned parking in the complex is first come, first serve.
* Boat/jet ski moorings right off the beach to secure your vessel.
* Onsite outdoor pool (open year-round), gazebo and bbq grills.
* The bay-side beach has shallow water and calm waves – perfect for kids, fishing, dolphin watching, and more.
* The gulf is a short walk across the street – perfect for catching the waves, boogie-boarding, collecting sea shells, and more.
* Free local trolley during the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day).
* Each bedroom and the living room has a flat screen TV. Roku box in the living room and master bedroom.
* Main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed, and a twin bed.
* Master bedroom has a king bed.
* Ground level storage closet with some beach gear. Great for keeping bike or other gear you bring along.
* New full size washer/dryer
* Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals.

Prohibited: To allow for the utmost comfort our guest with allergies, no pet and no smoking please. You will be asked to leave immediately without refund if found to have a pet in the unit. Any evidence of smoking and/or pet(s) will result in additional cleaning costs and forfeiture of your entire deposit.

To hold your reservation 50% of total charges are required.

Great location, both ocean and sound access. Loved the access to paddle boards and kayaks. Kept my teenagers busy all week.

Ready to stay here again

We are so thankful to have stayed at this unit during our week stay! The bay side was literally steps from us and perfect for our little boy! The closet was full of beach toys, life jackets, Lilly pad, chairs, umbrellas, etc! The kitchen was fully stocked! The beds were comfortable and our shower in the master bedroom was wonderful! The white sand beach was a short walk across the street and absolutely beautiful!! I told my husband I am ready to go back and could see us doing this trip yearly!!!

Awesome location, condo and amenities!

We return year after year to this wonderful condo. The location on the bay and across the street from the gulf are superior especially with family and small children!! Visit the Fish House for a great night out!!

Great place, great location! Very clean and comfortable. Neighbors were great. We came in for cheer nationals an out of all the places everyone stayed, our place ended up being the hot spot!! The free kayaks an storage building full of everything you can imagine was great for the kiddos!! Book La Bahia you won’t be disappointed an we will definitely be back! Very calm water an even got to see dolphins twice. you can’t beat the beach view absolutely by far my favorite beach trip!

Beautiful and private

Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at La Bahia. The private setting was wonderful. The condo was spacious and clean. The location is close to everything (no more than 30 min drive to attractions).

We have stayed at La Bahia 117 four times now and will continue to make our way there it’s our family favorite with things to do to keep every age kids happy and entertained!! Can’t wait to go back.

Great location

Fantastic waterfront location with private bayside beach and very close gulf coast access. Plenty of inside and deck space with the property.

Fantastic condo, great location!

We’ve stayed here several times and never disappoints. Located on the bay side which is preferred for our family which includes small children. This condo is updated, clean and comfortable. Owner is easy to work with and responsive!

This is an excellent property. We loved our stay and plan to return. It is clean and in an excellent location. We really appreciated that the kitchen has a great collection of cook-ware and dishes for eating at home. Can’t think of a single this to improve this condo!

Great location and modern amenities

This property is perfectly located between the bay and Gulf. Both sides offer beautiful beaches. The multilevel decks were perfect to relax or enjoy your morning coffee looking out at the water. The condo is in great shape with nice appliances and cozy beds/linens. This is a great place for a family getaway or a friends trip away! Definitely would stay again!

Everything about this property is perfect. We live the community but being right in the water was the added touch we wanted. The community is perfect for families or small group of adults.

Wonderful stay; Private; Bayside; Peaceful

We had a wonderful stay at this location! It's bayside, so the water is calm, shallow, and there is a private beach area with chairs. Additional beach toys, life jackets, etc. make the stay complete. At the end of the island near the Fort, there is less traffic and less people. Home is clean, comfortable, and has all the things you will need for an enjoyable stay. We will be back.

This condo was amazing - beautiful views of the bay and across the street the ocean. Each room had a balcony and great view. We loved the cozy downstairs and view of the bay from the living room The owners were prompt when we had any questions and were very friendly! We had a fantastic vacation I would highly recommend this condo

Wonderful family vacation

We had a wonderful experience staying at this condo in Pensacola Beach. The location was perfect for a family with younger kids who wants to spend time at the beach with the ability to walk to both the Gulf side and the bay side. We were pleasantly surprised by the proximity to Fort Pickens and enjoyed watching the Blue Angels practice. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. It was hard to leave!

Best week ever

Best week ever! This location is ideal with the sound on one side and gulf on the other. It was quiet and felt very safe. Neighbors were kind and helpful. Condo was super clean and comfortable with amazing views. There is a free trolly after 4pm and gopher carts was a great resource for an easy way to get around too. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrellas, and other toys. You won’t regret vacationing here!

Great location

We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect for our family group of 7. We spent one day at the gulf side, which was an easy walk. But we spent most of our time on the bay, which was literally 30 steps from our back patio. The pool was clean and beautiful. The trolley stop is about 2 blocks away. The condo had everything stocked that we needed for a wonderful vacation.

Amazing location

We enjoyed our week!!!! Down at the end right next to Fort Pickens made for a quite vacation! Sound was perfect for the kids in the evenings and mornings to play where we could see them from our balcony. They enjoyed searching for the hermet crabs out there. We were across the street from the beach and it was never crowded. We would absolutely book this condo again. It was well stocked and plenty of room for all 7 of us.

Best vacation rental ever!

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed for a vacation! The beach, the balconies, the kayaks and beach chairs, the size of the house, covered parking, so many things made it exceptional. A short term repair job fixing hurricane damage was taking place during our week so we didn’t stay the full week. The owner was very understanding. Once the repairs are complete it will again be the absolute best place to stay and we hope to go back!
