SaltAirNoCare! Gulfside-Gated-Hot tub. Steps to the white sandy beach!

*Our bright and cheerful condo has everything you need to enjoy your relaxing vacation on Pensacola Beach, where the white sands and blue waters make all your worries fade away.

**DISCLOSURE - The entire Sans Souci building is undergoing repairs and maintenance due to a recent hurricane. There will be some construction on the building between November 2025 and May 2026.

The pool & hot tub will not be affected, but the parking lot may contain construction materials. My numbered, covered spot should be available but you may have to back out of one side of the normally drive-through garage or you may park any available exterior parking spot.

You may expect construction activities going on somewhere on the property during daytime hours only. They are starting on the east side and ending on the west side (my unit) in March/April/May.

My unit is scheduled to be out of service from March 19, 2026 through April 23, 2026. I have no control over the construction schedule and have blocked the unit at least a week on each side of this repair date as a precaution. Any bookings adjacent to this construction period may be affected due to project delays. I will update guests weekly in the months of March, April and May of the latest project status and will provide complete transparency on any disruptions affecting occupancy.

In the event that construction delays result in the unit being unavailable for part of your booked stay, I will extend a penalty free cancellation. Book with confidence. My only requirement is that if a booking is impacted by construction that the guest initiate the cancellation request.

* Please note: As some reviews mention, the shower in the en suite bath is very small! Our unit is unique - it is one of only a few units in the building that carved out space to create a stall shower by reducing closet space. Please keep in mind that it is SMALL (you won't have room to shave your legs!), but there IS a full tub and shower in the hall bath.

* 5-night minimum June through August (with exceptions for gaps of fewer than 5 nights). We offer a discount for stays of 7 days or longer (for the entire stay)!

* To meet local short term rental ordinances, we require a signed vacation rental lease agreement, as well as full names and ages of all members of your party. After you book, we will send a link to check-in questionnaire. It must be completed within 48 hours, or immediately for same-day or next-day bookings. We use a vacation rental software system to send our communications, so please check your spam folder and contact us through the Vrbo app if you don't receive an email.

We use an ecobee smart thermostat to control the heat and a/c so that the unit doesn't freeze up. There is a sensor in each room that monitors the temperature. You will be able to adjust the thermostat to your comfort level within a certain range.

We highly recommend obtaining travel insurance if you will be visiting Pensacola Beach during hurricane season (June 1 - November 30). If a major storm heads our way, there are usually mandatory evacuations of the beach.
