UNWIND IN OUR LUXURY HOT TUB! Spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath family home on 2 acres with stunning views. North side location allows easy access to the gondola while avoiding the downtown traffic. Free skier parking lot is also nearby. Minutes from Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Ski Center. Beautiful master bedroom. Great room with wood burning stove. Separate den with TV. Ideal location in a quiet area near the Breckenridge Golf Course and Gold Run Nordic Center, minutes from the gondola. Easy and safe access off I70 - no winding, slippery roads. My wife and I moved to Breckenridge in 2008 to fulfill our dream of living in the mountains. After working in India for many years and starting a home for girls who have been trafficked and abused (see our website, Seven Sisters International) we chose Breckenridge because it is the perfect mountain town. It's a REAL town, with great outdoor recreation opportunities, cultural activities, shopping and dining. Our neighborhood is unique, tucked away in a quiet residential area surrounded by log cabins and luxury homes.

We chose Breckenridge because unlike other ski resorts in the area, this is a real, historic town, not a replica. And the moment we walked into our great room, we were stunned by the beautiful view. We also love the fact that even though we are only minutes from town, we are on a peaceful, quiet road, without neighbors right next to us. This home is exactly what we had been searching for!
