Our stay was great and the location next to the pool area was perfect for our family. The hosts were very communicative and did everything to make us feel welcomed. Will definitely stay again!

It was a fantastic stay !! The condo was wonderful, all amenities right there ! Literally out the patio and you are on the side of the mountain with lift less than 100 yards away ! Spectacular place !!

We loved our stay at Beaver Run! This condo is truly ski in ski out, lets out right at the base of Peak 9. The kitchenette is new and everything worked well. Perfect for 2-3 people.

Our family had a wonderful stay! The amenities of Beaver Run, pool, and close proximity to hiking trails and town was perfect for our family of 4 and pup.

Great location. Quick walk to aprés and shops. And an even quicker walk to the lift.Also had a moose visit us at the patio/deck area. That is always a bonus!

We truly enjoyed staying here for our last minute Breckenridge trip! Very clean and spacious, and loved being able to bring our dog. Nice location that is close to town. We would definitely stay here again.

Booked a last-minute weekend getaway and it turned out to be exactly what we needed! Ryan was incredibly kind, responsive, and made everything so easy. The place itself was wonderful—comfortable, welcoming, and perfect for a relaxing escape. We especially appreciated that it was pet-friendly, which made the trip even better. We’ll definitely be back!

A perfect place to enjoy the mountains! It was close enough to town that you could walk. Yet, far enough away that you didn’t have to deal with noise or traffic. Just walk out of your door and you were on a mountain. I could ride my bike immediately on the trails. It has all the amenities you need. The resort offered everything! I will definitely stay here again!

Overall experience was great and just what we needed. Owners were very helpful and responsive. Easy check-in and checkout. Perfect location as well. We'll be back next year when we are in the area

This ski in ski out spot was absolutely amazing! A perfect spot for our weekend trip. As close to the slopes as you can get, yet still quiet and peaceful. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this unit. Ryan was quick with his responses and communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

If you're looking to stay in Breckenridge, this is the spot—a true ski-in and ski-out. We literally could ski straight to the locker room door. I totally recommend this unit, it's a first-floor Beaver Run building 4 unit. What an amazing spot—a true gem in Breckenridge. Also, our hosts were so great about keeping us updated and welcoming us. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This place is GREAT for a ski in/out condo! You are just steps away from the slopes out the back porch. The shower is HUGE and the kitchen has a 2 burner stove top, mini fridge, dishwasher, and all the pots, pans, & utensils needed to cook. The unit is at the end of the hallway on the main level and very close to a heated pool and massive hot tub. We had one minor issue that the host handled very quickly on the first day and his communication was really good. Definitely recommend this place and the host.
