Located on Four O'Clock Ski Run and gateway to the Vail Developed Timber Trail Neighborhood, we are SKI-IN and OUT!
With plenty of space; you can sit in front of one of three fireplaces, watch movies (10 televisions),Cook a glorious meal; (dining area for 18), shoot a game of pool or play games in the family room, take a hot tub or just relax and enjoy the gorgeous views of Baldy Mountain. You are in the ski area and 1 mile from downtown Breckenridge!

The summer offers hiking and biking right out the door; exceptional views, and a quiet street!

In addition, the kitchens are stocked with foils and wraps, trash bags, dish cloths and towels, soaps, basic spices, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, drip and single serve coffee makers and standard small appliances.

Winter (NOV-APRIL): 4-WHEEL DRIVE REQUIRED. All roads to the lodge and driveway are plowed and maintained.

House was superb - exactly as listed, true ski in/out (despite record low snow for late December). Hot tub was HUGE! Host communication was clear, timely, easy, and friendly. Even had snacks waiting for us when we arrived - never had a better experience with a VRBO!

Great stay near mountain

We stayed with 6 adults and 7 kids and the house had plenty of room for everyone. Great stay and was ski in and ski out.

Fantastic Spot!

Perfect property for a large group ski in ski out! We just spent spring break there and it was absolutely heavenly!! Watching the snow falling while in the hot tub is amazing!

Great for large family

We had a wonderful stay! Tons of room, towels and space! Lots of levels were you could break off and have some quiet time. The hot tub was the best! Easy ski in and ski out!

Family trip to Breck

This lodge was awesome. The hosts were wonderful. The accommodations were great for our family of 13. The lodge was well stocked with everything we needed. The Thai Chicken soup awaiting us when we arrived was delightful The weather was fantastic for skiing. Absolutely one of the nicest places we have stayed. Definitely a family vacation full of memories.

Slopeside Lodge

We truly enjoyed our stay at Slopeside Lodge. We had a group of 18 people and were able to sleep this many comfortably. The soup and cookies that welcomed us were a blessing as everyone was hungry when we arrived. This is a true ski in/ ski out!! Would stay here again!

Beautiful Breckenridge Mountain Home

The property is large, with six bedrooms and three levels. We especially enjoyed the large deck on the main floor and the living room area on the bottom floor. There is plenty of room for people to have privacy but also to congregate as a group. We also appreciated the laundry room with two washers and dryers and the kitchen's two dushwashers!

Best home ever!!

The house was unbelievably comfortable and warm, and had everything we needed. Since we had babies ranging from the age of six weeks old to almost 2 years old and six adults, they were so comfortable with plenty of rooms.

Peak performance

This property was absolutely perfect. We have stayed at a number of local properties and this tops them all. The house was exactly as described and beautiful inside. The location was ski-in, ski out required you cross the road below but we just walked up the road every morning, it was easy to access the slopes. Six bedrooms gave ample room for everyone and we will almost certainly return.

clean and comfortable

Very nice house and very appropriate for large groups. Plenty of seating at the dining tables. Large hot tub. Two dishwashers, two refrigerators, plenty of dishes, towels, and linens. Great communication from Jane and a surprise meal in the crock pot upon our arrival - what a pleasant surprise! We will rent again next time we need a home in the area.

Amazing home and location

The kitchen felt a little small for the number of people we had, but it was well furnished and was the closest thing to a complaint anyone had on our trip. 11 people were extremely comfortable, there were no gripes about bathroom situations; the trail access is almost unrivaled, we had people enjoying the hot tub every single night, communication with the host was excellent, and it is the cleanest/coziest rental my girlfriend and I have ever stayed at.

Perfect Getaway

We had a wonderful visit at the Slopeside House. We had the warmest of welcomes with the lights on, heating on, and yummy warm soup waiting. The house was cozy and full of all the amenities we could ever need. Perfect location to everything you may want to see and do. The house is within steps to the ski slopes, minutes from downtown Breckinridge and short drive to other local towns of interest. We can’t wait to visit this house again in the future.

Perfect home for large groups

Jane does an incredible job managing the property. Everything was as expected, but she was an incredible host with soup and bread prepared (which was great for the cooler temperatures) and a large bowl of chocolates which we put a dent in during our stay. The layout is great with clusters of rooms and bathrooms being somewhat separate offering small retreats from staying with a large party. The views from the large deck were overlooking the town and the amount of stars you could see at night were exactly what you would expect when in Breck. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Breck Home

A beautiful home in the Four O clock run neighborhood. The owner was super great to work with. Soup was ready on our arrival and driveways were shoveled each day. Ski out was very convenient to the Snowflake Lift. The negative was to r Snowflake Lift was a long wait. You can ski back to the house -although the path involved some poling. .

Very comfortable with lots of spaces for sidebar conversations

12 adults plus my six great grandchildren had a most memorable family get together. The kitchen is very well stocked with whatever you need for preparing, cooking, and serving. The large, hot tub could easily accommodate eight of us. The floor plan allowed lots of spaces for getaway conversations. Although expensive for us, we might consider doing it again. Unforgettable Trip

My family has stayed and skied in Breckenridge for 30 plus years and have stayed in numerous locations. This one is top notch. Extremely convenient ski in ski out and the home was set up perfect for a large group. Everyone in my family commented on how wonderful the place was and everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this home if you want a fantastic skiing experience with extreme comfort. I also can't say enough good things about the communication with Jane. She was wonderful to speak to and very good with communication when we had a question. Thank you Jane for helping us have a great family ski vacation!

On a scale of 1-10, I give this property a 15!

The house was spacious yet cozy and had one of the best-stocked kitchens I've seen. It's true ski-in/ski-out location made getting on and off the slopes a breeze. And for me it's the little things that make a difference. I know this is going to sound silly, but the house was well-stocked with high-quality tissues. Such a refreshing change to not have to blow my nose on "sandpaper" all week. Finally, after a 3 hour delay getting in, we were greeted with a crock pot full of delicious soup. We will definitely rent from Jane's Lodges again!
