The location was great with wonderful view of ocean and sunsets. Also close to excellent restaurants. Everything about condo was as advertised. Very clean and easy access to everything. Storage room below was perfect for storing beach items within reach of pool and beach. Owner was so very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Look forward to future stays when we are in the area.

We loved our stay. Mrs. Patricia is very responsive and sweet. Location is perfect. Close to everything. The view is spectacular. We had the best time!!!!!

Awesome location! We found the condo to be beautiful, clean, well equipped…..exactly as advertised. Definitely would recommend this property for a great, relaxing vacation.

Good place to stay.

Great location .Lots to do within walking distance. Owner easy to work with. Would tell you to book it and enjoy your stay

Great stay

We had a fabulous time at Pat’s condo. It is absolutely a wonderful place to stay. The condo is very well equipped and comfortable. We look forward to staying with her again in the future.

Beachfront Getaway

Area was good, many restaurants, stores and bars were within walking distance. Beautiful beach and view of sunset from the balcony.

Beautiful condo and location. Within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Unbelievable views! Our only complaint was the pool was not heated. Despite the warm temps no one staying ventured in the pool due to its temp. Patricia was very prompt in responding and a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful view

This condo is in a perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants and convenience store. The sunset views are stunning. Host was very responsive.

Terrific beachfront property

A very well kept property with a tremendous beach view. Easy access to the beach. Pat (the owner) was very accommodating to our last minute changes and exceptionally responsive when we had a few questions or needed assistance. Highly recommend this property for a beach stay.

Outstanding Indian Rocks Property

We have vacationed in Indian Rocks Beach for over 40 years and this property was by far the nicest! First the owner is the most helpful and quick to respond that we have experienced. The condo itself has beautiful views with modern amenities with a very warm feel. Outstanding vacation home!

we had a great time at Pelican Cove. the condo was great. close to the water. nice pool. Pat has thought of many little details that were appreciated. loved reclining furniture.

Beautiful location

One of the best views for sunsets on Indian Rocks Beach! And great location to walk to Crabby Bill’s, bakery and ice cream. Property owner very easy to communicate with and a lovely person. Highly recommend. Thanks Pat. Enjoyed every day. 😎

Great Gulf Front Condo

What’s not to like? Right on the beach, nice pool, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen, large living room area with power recliners in the sofa and love seat, roomy balcony. NO CROWDS! You just can’t find this much space and live ability in a hotel. We will hopefully be able to stay again.

Kempco

Pelican’s Cove is our favorite place to stay in IRB. This stay was especially nice due the unit we stayed in having absolutely everything we needed from well equipped kitchen and ample towels and linens to plenty of chairs for the beach. We loved spending time on the porch and the reclining furniture inside was a bonus on the few days we couldn’t be outside. Beds were very comfortable. I can’t say enough about Patricia,the owner. She is a very gracious lady and is very responsive to any questions. Can’t wait to come back
