This condo is extremely nice. The owners thought of everything to allow for a great stay! Provided beach towels and chairs which was very nice. The condo is very spacious as well as the patio. Wonderful views of the ocean!

Another great stay in IRB! Property, pool, beach were all enjoyable as they’d been on our previous stays. More than enough kitchen utensils and appliances to eat in or go out in the area. We’ll be back!

The condo worked perfectly for us! We were 2 grandparents, daughter and son-in-law and their 2 children (ages 12 and 8) and were comfortable in the condo. It was well furnished and well-stocked with cooking supplies, beach towels, beach paraphernalia, wi-fi, and TVs. The beach view was what we were after, and the proximity to the beach, along with the pool were main attractions. We used the gas grill at the pool area several times.

We absolutely loved our stay! The condo was beautiful, spotless, and stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing beach vacation. The location couldn't have been better; we were just a few steps from the ocean, which made it incredibly easy to go from coffee on the balcony to toes in the sand in minutes.The amenities were wonderful, the beds were comfortable, and every detail made us feel right at home. One of our favorite parts of the trip was ending each day with a breathtaking sunset view right from the property. Mother Nature really showed off!The owners were fantastic to work with; friendly, responsive, and great communicators from start to finish.If you're looking for a place where the biggest daily decision is whether to watch the sunset from the beach or from the condo, this is it. We made amazing memories and would happily stay here again!

Great Stay!

My entire extended family and my immediate family stayed in condos at this location. The flow and view were amazing, the beds were comfortable, and the beach amenities were a great add! We hope to come stay again!

We (my kids and I) loved staying right on the beach. Beautiful condo with an amazing view. Located near local restaurants that are walking distance. The owners helped us when our travel got disrupted with the severe storms out of Phoenix last week. Looking forward to visiting again

A nice place to stay

This condo has everything you need and the location is terrific. The view of the beach and sunsets from the balcony is fantastic! Being able to park under the building is a feature to appreciate when it rains, or on hot, sunny days. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront stay

My wife and and I stayed here with our daughter and son in law over New Years and had a great stay. Perfect location at a relatively quiet spot on the beach with little road traffic as well. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was in excellent condition and location was fabulous. Would have liked a regular coffee pot rather than Keurig and working ice machine rather than needing from the store but those are hardly deal breakers.
