Situated at the top of a coral hill, surrounded by nature, you will be able to enjoy seeing and hearing all the flora and fauna of the area.

The house is spacious, with high and open ceilings, attracting natural light. It is properly equipped, has a gas stove with 2 burners, a coffee dripper (no coffee maker), a blender, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, glasses, a water heater, a large terrace and balcony. It has a safe, internet and a private parking lot. It is excellent for adventurous couples and adults who love nature.

This beautiful property is located on 1 1/2 acres of tropical gardens, with a full-time caretaker on site to ensure you have everything you need for the best stay. On the same property are the Casita Tranquila and Casa Ranitas, houses that are also rented for vacations, each house is completely independent and very private.

Please note that in this house we use rainwater and well water, we recommend that you obtain drinking water for drinking and cooking.

Casonitas is approximately 1 km before the town of Manzanillo.

The most beautiful beaches of Manzanillo and Punta Uva are just minutes away, and you will also find several restaurants and activities.

It is located in a 'Pet Friendly House'. Only one pet is allowed per stay, and this must be approved in advance. Before making the reservation, please consult with us the conditions and policies of the 'Pet Friendly House', as well as the possibility of bringing a second pet. Please note that an additional charge of $35 applies for the stay of each pet.
