Wake up to incredible views over the Maggie Pond in the heart of Breckenridge with the gentile trickle of the Blue River just past your balcony. Everything you could want in a ski in/out condo is right here at the base of Peak 9 in the heart of the ski village. Only steps away from Main Street with incredible shopping and restaurants for when you aren`t on the mountain.

The condo is a fantastic studio with gorgeous views of all of Breckenridge Resort. Amenities include granite counters, a fully stocked kitchen, luxurious bedding and a very comfortable pullout couch providing sleeping arrangements up to 4 people.

This condo is located in the Marriott Mountain Valley Lodge and you will have access to all of the great facilities this exclusive hotel has to offer, like the enormous four season pool and multiple hot tubs.

The location is great! We were able to walk to the lift and back to the unit for breaks in during our ski day. It was very convenient and the view is spectacular out the back windows.

This condo was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. It’s a VRBO in the Marriot. Therefore, we had access to all the hotel amenities as well, like the hot tubs. There is a path next to the pool that is a shortcut to Main St. Just a 5-10 minute walk to several restaurants and shops. A short drive takes you to several local hiking trails. We took the snow shoes and hiking poles one day located in the condo, but there wasn’t enough snow to use them. The condo also provides a humidifier, which was a life saver for us Floridians. We highly recommend this host and condo!

Great Location

Easy walk to/from Quicksilver lift. Clean room, easy check-in, very short walk to everything on Main Street. Highly recommend for a single or couple.

every place we went on property was extremely clean and well kept. The room also was very clean and enjoyable. The only improvement for us would have been slightly warmer outside Jacuzzi temperatures. All the staff we came across were very pleasant and helpful, as well

Close Convenient and Clean!

The room and our stay was perfect! It was ski-in definitely and a very short walk to the Quicksilver lift - extremely convenient! The place was was clean - including the kitchen - and the shower ROCKED! Great experience for my and my two sons!

Great Stay

We only stayed for one night up in Breck, but it’s the perfect location for access into town and anything you’d need. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Easy check in and check out.

Late Season Escape

We thought an efficiency would be a little small, but there are so many amenities at the resort and a few steps away in town that we were never in the room anyway. The property had a well-appointed kitchen and private shower and toilet areas. It was perfect for us.

Perfect location

The location is great for skiing & walking into town. There is onsite garage parking which is a huge plus. The manager was easy to work with. We’ll be back!

Excellent Location

It was our 1st time to Breckenridge and the property was absolutely perfect. Check in was nice and easy. Our unit had a wonderful view and close walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would stay there again and again!
