We welcome you to our chic mountain condo at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge, CO. We have taken great care to create a comfortable and inviting space where you can relax at the end of your day.

Our condo is ideally located in the heart of Breckenridge, just steps from world-class skiing, hiking/biking trails, boutique shopping, and award-winning restaurants. (1/2 block from historic Main Street). So many things to do for all seasons.

After a fun day of exploring or skiing, relax in the steam room/dry sauna, one of the four awesome in-ground hot tubs, or the heated swimming pool. There is also a fire pit where you can gather with friends and family to roast marshmallows and enjoy the mountain air.

Our condo is well-equipped with everything you need for a great vacation, including a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable king bed, air conditioning for the warmer summer months, queen sleeper sofa for the kids and a cozy living area. We also have a variety of amenities for your entertainment, including free video games, billiards, gaming room, small movie theater and shuffleboard located in the community area.

We want you to have the best possible vacation experience, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or needs.

Spacious room with everything you need. Fantastic location so walkable to dinner and coffee. Great experience and lots to do nearby. Great biking and walking trails nearby. Close to the river downtown.

The condo appeared newly renovated, was decorated very nicely and the furnishings were very nice and up to date. This is a very comfortable condo, in a very nice location and is an excellent choice for a couple looking to stay in Breckenridge. The host was excellent, provided all the details and information we needed and was very prompt in responding to us. Highly recommend this property and this host!

The room was very convenient to town and all the activities Breck has to offer. Tammy was quick to communicate and was very accommodating as we wanted to stay an extra day. The room was very clean and cozy and was just what we needed! Would highly recommend staying here! Everything was perfect! P.S. the snacks were also a plus after a long day of travel!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was centrally located, clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. The only issue we had was that there was a pre-scheduled water shut off the day after our arrival. This information was not communicated in the listing when we chose the room. Fortunately, we were able to change our plans to accommodate the shut. More transparency when we originally booked the room would have been better.

Great stay in Breckenridge

While I had issues with reading messages in the VRBO app, which made checking in difficult, this place was ultimately very nice. Our kids loved the pool and game room, the hot tubs were beautiful, and the entire experience was very nice.

Weekend at Breckenridge

My family stays at Breckenridge a couple times each year and this unit was one of the cleanest and best presented. The linens were crisp and clean and the bed was very comfortable after a long day skiing. The Villages has the perfect location to walk to the slopes and the restaurants. The hot tubs are great!

Great Stay!

The location is great. Close to the Quicksilver lift and Main Street restaurants. The Condo was spotless and well equipped. The pool, spa, exercise room and other amenities were well maintained. The available heated indoor parking is very convenient. We will stay there again.

Great place!

This rental is exceptionally clean and well maintained. My host was very responsive to my inquiries and quite helpful. The front desk staff was amazing, too. Great location. Cost was competitive for the area. Highly recommend.

Great place, as advertised!

Great place, as advertised! Easy walk to quick silver lift at Base 9. Very close to town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Tammy was a great host, very responsive to any questions

Amazing condo, great location, and walkable to so many things!

My husband and I stayed here for two nights and loved it. Condo is well equipped with everything you’d need. Comfortable bed and plenty of room for the two of us. I loved how we could walk to everything and didn’t have to use our car once. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location! Clean!

Location was just a short walk to ski lift. We didn’t have to use the car to go anywhere. The apartment was clean and well equipped. For a husband and wife in Breckenridge purely to ski it was exactly what we needed!

Amazing!

My husband and I did a little trip for our 30th anniversary and it was everything and more. Very easy check-in and great customer service. The host was so sweet and when we arrived, there was a bottle of wine and a card wishing us a happy anniversary. The condo was unbelievably clean and decorated beautifully. Will definitely stay again. Thank you for helping make our anniversary perfect!
