Welcome to Beachview 327, a charming 286 square feet studio located just across from the beach. This cozy retreat offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal getaway for couples or small families looking to unwind by the sea.

The condo features a spacious bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and a convenient futon, accommodating up to 3 guests. The inviting living area is perfect for relaxation, while the well-equipped kitchenette with a compact refrigerator and microwave allows you to prepare light meals and beach-day snacks.

Step outside to discover the beautiful public beach access, where you can soak up the sun or take a leisurely stroll along the shore. The surrounding area offers a variety of attractions, including The Hangout, local shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy.

For added convenience, coin-operated laundry facilities are located on the second floor, making longer stays effortless.

• RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.

• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 19+ and stay for the entire reservation.

• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.

• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

Perfect location for this years Shrimp Festival. Room was really nice, clean and the bed was super comfortable. My only gripe was no ice trays in the freezer.

It was a nice place to stay while my friend and I were getting away from the Midwest winter.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and I always love coming to Gulf Shores. It's in a convenient location and if you just need a place to sleep this is perfect for that.

Great location!

Cute updated studio, plenty of room for 2 people. Walking distance to everything like shopping restaurants. Only about 5 min walking to the beach!

Memorial day weekend

I had a friend from the military come down this weekend for a visit and we had a blast. The room was the perfect size for a weekend down there without spending a ton of money.

Size and location

Smaller in size then expected but was sufficient for my wife and I. Location was in perfect location for walking everywhere for food and easy beach access

Nice, Clean Room

Everything with the room was great! Being within walking distance of all the big gulf shores spots and having the cool overhead shower head were great bonuses. If we vacation in gulf shores again, it will most likely be at this condo

Great Stay

It was a cute and comfortable room for a couple. Only draw back is that while there was a hot plate to cook on - there were no pots & pans to cook with. Everything else was perfect!

We liked that we had everything at a walk distance.

Safe and clean. The only thing is that the mattress might need to get change. Got noisy every time we move while trying to sleep. Other than that it was perfect for us.

Needs a little help

The room was clean, however the entry door to the hall was broken and slammed shut when opened. I was told by another guest on our first day that the property manager had been contacted yet it was not fixed the entire week of our stay. Our shower randomly started pouring water in the middle of the night like it had just been turned on. The rooms are small and cheap but you can tell there has been some effort made to keep them neat. Still needs some work to make it more of a comfortable stay. I'm not sure that I would stay here again.

Needs updates

We have stayed in this complex before and love the location. It is right in the middle of the action and very walkable. The rooms are small efficiencies, but for a couple it is fine. This unit needs some updates. The toilet runs constantly. Although the shower is beautiful, there is very low water pressure. The drain in the kitchen sink is rusty. Parts of the Keurig were in the kitchen drawer. No one wants to search for parts of the coffee pot when they wake up. The bar is coming off the wall. The futon is disgustingly filthy. It has cigarette burns and stains. It needs to go in the garbage. The last morning there was no hot water. There are also absolutely no extras in this condo. Most places at the beach have some chairs or an umbrella that you can use. The decorations and color choices are very cute, but that doesn't make up for the shortcomings.

Great Location!
