Beautifully remodeled in Spring 2021! 2 Bedroom and 2 Baths, sleeps 6. 2 king master suites both with private baths and flat screen TVs. Open concept living area with deck access and enjoyable views. Completely stocked kitchen with all the necessities for your vacation. Stack washer and Dryer. Dining area with seating for 4, additional seating for 2 at the bar. Living room with queen sleeper sofa, 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, recliner and swivel rocker for relaxing. Get some sun and relax on the outdoor deck, or enjoy the private covered patio below with your own grill, swing and picnic table. Quick access to private fishing pier and boat ramp on Little Lagoon available to guests of Gulf Village only. Private pool for guests is just steps away. Two private beach access points for guests only across the street. 50 yards and you're on the sand! Shower and hose available to rinse off. Additional private beach front pool available also! Private, reserved, covered parking for 2 cars no additional charge. Beautifully decorated and very affordable.

We were very, very pleased with this place. Very clean and our host, Danny, was very informative and we had easy access to the beach even though we were not directly on the beach. Would definitely stay here again! Excellent and relaxing stay!!

We loved this place so much! Very clean, fully stocked on anything you would need to cook with. Very short walk to the beach. Can sit on the porch and see the ocean. In close walking distance to a few restaurants. Will definitely be back!

Daniel the host was attentive to every question and detail. Excellent location to beach, access to beach and pier were a bonus. Less traffic for morning walks. Restaurants within walking distance or short drive.

Easy to find. Beach easily accessible. Clean. Washer and dryer in unit was so convenient. It had all we needed to have a fantastic stay, dishes, cooking supplies, towels, bedding. If I come back to the area I want to stay hwre again. The host provided all the information we needed so there were no questions when we arrived.

Great place to stay

Absolutely loved the condo . Location was great and pool was kept clean. Only downfall was parking was a tight squeeze .
