All of the peace, beauty and activity of winter in Vermont right outside your door! Step outside and sled down the hill or build a snowman! Or, take a short walk over to the in-site fitness center and pool to workout, take a yoga class, or take a swim. Included in your rental is full use of the world renowned Trapp cross-country ski center with 100km of groomed and backcountry trails with wonderful views (Rental equipment, ski equipment to purchase, apparel, and lessons are available at the Nordic center). Or take advantage of the full slate of Trapp activities, including special activities for kids and teens, screening The Sound of Music, learning about the VonTrapp family and tour the property and chapel.

Enjoy excellent Trapp dining – at the main lodge, brewery, or deli bakery. Or whip up a quick meal in the fully-appointed kitchen.

Featuring two bedrooms, two full baths, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a wood-stove, pull-out queen sleeper sofa and WiFi wireless access. Located on the hillside near the deli-bakery, the unit offers an unobstructed view of the valley below.

Sledding right outside the door. All of the Trapp amenities moments away. The guest house is just a short drive from shopping and dining in downtown Stowe. Downhill skiing at Stowe mountain resort is just a few minutes away.

Sleeps maximum of six people. Prefer rental for the full week, from December 30 to January 6.

About the unit:

Down a couple of short flights of stairs, this upstairs unit is in a great location - close enough to the main lodge for a quick walk (we sometime do actually drive it if it is super cold) but far enough away to be truly quiet and peaceful.

Entryway - drop your boots and gear and hang your coats in the spacious entryway.

Dining - table for family meals with wrap-around bench and windows to enjoy the views

Kitchen - fully equipped - stove/oven and microwave, full refrigerator, dishwasher, pots/pans, plates and dishes, glasses, etc. Everything need to light or heavy cooking!

Family - sectional sofa (including queen sleep-sofa), chairs and coffee table, cable tv, fireplace, coat closet, assorted games, books, and puzzles

Bedroom - 2 twin beds, dresser, closet, table lamps

Master bedroom - queen bed, dresser, closet, lounge chair, table lamps
