Our newly renovated spacious Main House can sleep up to 14 people. It boasts two upstairs bedrooms with king size beds, a downstairs bedroom with a queen bed, and a large bunk room with 3 queen beds and a single bunk bed. The cottage includes large flat screen TVs, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining area, 3 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, charcoal grill, and so much more! Let us host your family getaway.

The communication was excellent, with responses to concerns and questions typically provided within the hour. The location is also very convenient, being within walking distance of downtown. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was clean and described accurately. We did not find instructions for the expectations of how we were to leave the premises until the morning we left. It was convenient to the lake and walking to a nearby restaurant. It was great for our 9 family members.

Very spacious home, clean and well kept. Parking, check in, and communication was excellent. Plenty of room for our family to visit with each other and relax. Our only wish was that the bedroom with all of the beds had a door or curtain for privacy otherwise, the house was amazing! Walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and to Garrison's for some fabulous food. Wonderful time! Would stay again!

Amazing Location!!!

Literally a short walk away from the beach that even my kids could handle. The property was contemporary, clean, and spacious. Would definitely stay there again!!

Great stay for large group of people

This was the perfect house for our trip to lake George. The house was very big, and was walking distance to Million Dollar Beach. Would definitely come back!

Girls Trip!!

This house was perfect for our girls trip! Clean, spacious, and easily slept all 12 of us. The walk into town was do-able!

Great Place

The house was a perfect set up for our 3 families. The teenagers had their own little section in the large bedroom & the kitchen/living room were nice and open so we could all hang out together. The location was great too! Minutes to the beach and downtown with all of the shops.

Great Cottage and Location!

We rented this cottage for a girls’ weekend. We had 9 adults (and definitely could have fit more). The cottage was very clean and there was plenty of space inside and out. Great Lake vibe! It’s conveniently located to Million Dollar Beach and downtown Lake George. I highly recommend and would go back again!

Mini week in Lake George

Our group of 11 had a very nice time staying at Cottage 3. The house had everything we needed & the space was adequate for our needs. We loved that we could walk to Million Dollar Beach, and the teen boys enjoyed walking into town every day. Very convenient location! Highly recommend.

Perfect for our girl’s weekend trip

The house exceeded our expectations. Very spacious, plenty of room for our needs. Very clean and well kept. A lot of great memories were made on our weekend girls trip of 10 people. Great location a short walk from the beach and downtown area. Will definitely be returning in the future.

Lake George

The house was immaculate with plenty of space for everyone. Could not beat the location within walking distance to Million Dollar Beach and town. Only complaint was that the mattress in the second upstairs bedroom was uncomfortable. Otherwise, everything was great! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay here.

Loved this house and location

House was perfectly located, close to the action but still quiet. The space and stay were perfect for our party of 10. I would have appreciated if more information was shared sooner. Linens and towels were provided, but we had to ask to get that information. No gas grill; however, I love cooking with briquettes, so it was a bit nostalgic.

Cottage review

House was nice - no instructions in house or prior regarding cleaning up towels/linens/garbage. Handful of windows on first floor had broken lock or no lock at all which made some of us feel unsafe.

Great house in great location

This house was perfect for my family vacation. Plenty of beds for everyone, especially with the large bedroom in the back. The large bedroom doesn’t have a door but it is tucked away in the back of the house so still offers privacy and a somewhat quiet place for kids to sleep. There was a minor issue with the AC when we arrived but the property managers had maintenance at the house within the hour to fix it. There’s a small grassy area in the back of the house and a very small charcoal grill so not much to do right outside. 5 minute walk to Million Dollar Beach and 20 minute walk to the village. Overall great stay and would stay there again.
