Great property and location. Joyce was a great pleasure to work with. We are a group of 11 ,mostly veterans ,motorcycle riders Having a central place to stay after touring the area for the day, The house fit us perfectly. Plenty of room and amenities. Will definitely consider it again for our next visit to the area.

The host was wonderful to deal with. The house was in a great location and a very good size for a large group. Plenty of beds for all.

The house was wonderful. Quiet, so spacious that our group of 15 never once felt crowded or ever even used the lower level living area. The children had plenty to do with all the games we brought and the ones at the home. The location being so close to the two most popular trailheads made it a breeze for me to get my morning workouts in before family time. It was a wonderful family vacation and the home rental was a major contributor to our good time.

Me and 11 friends going to Americade in Lake George rent the house for 5 days. The property is beautiful and the house fit our needs exactly. The outdoor fire pit was used and enjoyed. The view of the lake is great and the location is perfect.

Joyce and her property were amazing! Communication was easy and responses were fast, we were even allowed to check in a few hours early. The house was clean, the view of the lake off the deck was amazing, and we used the fire pit every night! The location of the house makes you feel like you’re out in the Adirondacks away from everything but at the same time you’re only a few minutes from Bolton and everything you need. I’ll definitely keep this one in mind for the future.

Great property in a great location

This property is great for a group outing. Spacious house with plenty of room for our group. The property is fairly secluded with a private driveway but Bolton landing is just a 5 minute drive down the hill. Large deck perfect for group dinner and a beautiful view of lake George.

Family reunion

Beautiful and spacious, clean and very accommodating. Twin beds were a bit narrow and a little uncomfortable, but definitely a great place to stay!!

Lake george trip

Beautiful and well equipped home

The property is amazing. We stayed there with a group of friends and had an amazing time. The house is so well equipped and the property owner was very helpful. Highly recommend!

4th of July with friends

Amazing space. Clean and well equipped for our group of friends on the holiday weekend. Close to the lake and with a wonderful view from the backyard and porch. A wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend if you’re ever planning to stay in Bolton Landing or visit Lake George.

Just perfect!

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful house. There is so much room for many families and it is fully equipped! The owner even stocks up the toilet paper, paper towels, foil, zip locks, garbage bags, you name it! Great location and super private!

Perfect lake house

Everything was great - enough beds for everyone, multiple bathroom, plenty of blankets, kitchenware, etc. The fire pit was our favorite - spent hours out there - lots of s’mores and laughs!

Great property!

My wife and I made a last minute decision to attend a wedding reception in Bolton, and found this great house! There is a ton of room and things to keep your family entertained, but it’s close enough to town and great hiking trails that it’s easy to spend the whole day out and about. We plan to come back with family and fully utilize the property!

Best place ever!

This house and the owner were outstanding. The house is big and beautiful, better than any photos can show. The owner was very accommadating, friendly and did everything to make this sorority reunion terrific.

This is the second time renting this place. It has everything you need and then some. Beautiful property and private. The host Joyce is great. Very well kept. Highly recommend this lovely place.
