Grandview #5A - This condo is a beautifully appointed, second floor condo (no view). Enjoy a two queen beds, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker.

The GrandView on the Lake is one of the most sought-after waterfront condo hotels Chelan has to offer. This Lake Chelan luxury condo is located near all major Chelan vacation attractions and the Historic downtown main street.  The ideal location for business travel, weekend and week-long getaways, and event lodging.  Walk to dinner, wine tasting, recreation, live music and more! Come Experience the GrandView on the Lake!

Pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather. 

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Does the job kinda

We’ll it’s alright, my son and I stayed for a few days…… the beds we’re horribly uncomfortable, dented really bad. Would have been nice to have bigger fridge/freezer, it was tiny, tv was not very good, remote was broken, other than those 2 things it was ok, bathroom/shower was good and location. Still kinda spendy $ for basically a 1 bedroom with 2 beds. It was ok for my son and I while we worked in Manson but I don’t think my family would vacation here.

Dissatisfied

We found the experience less than enjoyable the property was very disheveled algae pool dead hanging baskets everywhere walkways dirty and in poor repair. Our room was no better there were hair bungees underneath the side of the bed obviously not cleaned from the previous guest. Our coffee pot we had to put it on the floor to reach a plug-in. The shower curtain didn’t have a liner there for the curtain got sopping wet and tripped on the floor. Ran into a woman in the unit next to us and she was just as disappointed too

Problems

Our TV didn’t work, and the on-site maintainence guys couldn’t figure out how to fix it, and also the sprinkler was leaking one day.

Stinky room

The room was very stinky. Smelled like old dirty carpet and cigarette smoke. The bed was moderatly comfortable/tolerable and the bathroom was good and clean.

Nice hotel but poor furniture quality and some damages

It's a nice place to stay, didn't like quality of furniture and layout of the room furniture, I wish they had an extra chair or two for the tables, they didn't had any.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very dissatisfied with the accommodations. The photos were misleading. The elevator smelled of urine, very gross. We were initially directed to the wrong room, twice, & key didn't work. Annoying.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We just needed a one night quick stay for our son’s volleyball tournament and this was a great option! Super close to everything and had tons of amenities, even more than a traditional hotel room. Lots of extra linens, coffee pot, fridge, hot cocoa for the kids and more. Great inexpensive option!
