Location:
Situated in a peaceful neighborhood, our home provides a relaxing retreat while being close to all the action and adventures Las Vegas has to offer.

The airport is a quick 5-minute drive, and the rental car center is only 3 minutes away. Mandalay Bay casino and the Strip are easily accessible within 6-7 minutes.

Outdoor Retreat:
Spend carefree afternoons in the beautiful pool and backyard oasis. Whether you choose to cook/grill or explore nearby restaurants, our home offers the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventures.
Pool is heated May to October. Please inquire about cost to heat outside the season

Local Attractions:
Venture out to the Strip or try your luck at local casinos like Silverton, Southpoint, and M Resort, all within 4 miles. Enjoy safe and quiet neighborhood walks or take a short Uber ride to the Strip or airport if you prefer not to rent a car. Outlets and Town Square, an outdoor shopping/entertainment district, are within 2 miles.

Indoor Comforts:
Our home boasts a family room with a large sectional couch and TV opening up to the backyard. The fully stocked kitchen features newer appliances, granite counter tops, and a dining area seating 6. Relax in the living room, and utilize the den/office with a sofa bed, desk, and printer for work or leisure.

Entertainment & Connectivity:
Enjoy Wi-Fi and streaming services on 4 flat-screen TVs throughout the house. The pool area includes chairs, towels, and patio dining.

A RING CAMERA IS LOCATED AT FRONT DOOR AND GARAGE DOOR. CAMERA ALSO ON POOL EQUIPMENT ONLY, FOR MALFUNCTION PROTECTION. NO CAMERA ON POOL OR BACK YARD.

Minut noise monitor system in living room. Per city regulations. Only monitors NOISE decibels, and smoke detection.

Pet-Friendly:
We welcome furry family members! If bringing a dog, please add to reservation. Only one dog is allowed on the premises.
No Cats Allowed.

House Rules:

NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12, due to pool liability, house is not child proofed.

Please do not tamper with pool equipment. Will be charged if damage or for heating costs if off season .

November to April the Pool is not heated.

Please inquire about cost of pool heating during the months of November to April. We can heat for a fee depending on weather temperatures.

No unauthorized guests or pets; fees apply for violations.

Travel insurance recommended for added protection.

Wonderful Stay!

I came to Las Vegas with my family for a bingo tournament and this home was a gem! It was exactly what we were looking for in a rental - clean, cozy, quiet, homey, and well appointed. We will absolutely stay again and highly recommend.

Great location

This property has a great location. Close to shopping, restaurant, and downtown fun. But a very quiet safe neighborhood. Very comfortable living space with a great back yard. Great family vacation spot

THE BEST Rental Experience I have ever had

I travel A LOT and stay in many vacation rental properties... I have NEVER had one this memorable where finally the house not only met standards but over exceeded them. The location is excellent and the neighborhood was very safe and comforting. It was nice just to be able to go for a morning walk in comfort. I used to live in Vegas and know the difficulty in finding single story homes and then to find a rental on top of that is a real gem. The house is laid out well, very clean and for me personally, I do not eat out and need a very well stocked kitchen with good appliances and this home exceeded that expectation. The master bed was comfortable and the room sizes were all good. The bathrooms were very large and clean and there zero complaints, which is just not something i have encountered. You are so close to the airport and car rental but still close to so many things as well. I had an event at the Venetian and it was so easy to get there and back. The pool and backyard were beautiful and it was so nice to have a garage to park in. Lastly and so important, the owners were great at communication, and very very kind! I will 100% be staying here every time I am in vegas.. I would give them 100 stars if i could!

A true home away from home

This house was the perfect place for our Vegas weekend! Close to everything, quiet neighborhood, beautiful yard and pool- we couldn’t have asked for better. Very clean, and very comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with all you need to cook whatever your stomach and heart desires. We loved being able to BBQ and make all the side dishes in this kitchen. We give this place 5 ⭐️

Vegas get away

We had a lovely time at this location, lounging around the pool and dining al fresco. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. The property is close to grocery stores and the Town Square for restaurants and shopping.

WOW, This place was AWESOME!!!!

First lets talk about the super quite neighborhood, its perfect because it was so close the strip. The home was super clean and there was tons of space for 5 people. The host was super responsive if you have any questions. We are super excited to stay there next time.

Perfect pool home for a family stay

My husband and I met my parents and brother in LV for a football game at Allegiant. This house is centrally located and has ample room for several adult family members to coexist comfortably. The pool is pristine and the patio is perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped, which made it easy to have meals at the house. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Las Vegas oasis

We loved our stay here! The house is spacious and so clean! All the amenities were well labeled with easy to follow instructions. We felt at home right way and loved the privacy and it’s only a short cab drive away from The Strip! And the pool is just wonderful! We will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

We stayed at the property for a college roommate reunion and a concert on the strip one night. Everything was very accessible and we thought the home was even nicer than the pictures. The backyard was perfect for a pool / relaxing day and the hosts were very responsive to a couple of restaurant recommendations we asked for.

Really enjoyed our stay at the house. Everything was as advertised. We used the pool every day. Location was great just minutes to rental car return for the airport. Great amenities at the house and around the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Pool Retreat

Magnificent and perfect stay!

We had a truly incredible stay! The property was amazing inside and out. Clean, beautiful. The pool area is like a tranquil spa. My daughter swam every day! The master suite, with hot tub, is a perfect oasis after a busy day. The property is even in walking distance (15 minutes, but perfect on a beautiful sunny day!) to food stores (Von's and Starbucks) so we walked to breakfast every day. Quick Uber to the airport and strip. Cannot wait to stay there next year for spring break too!

New Year's Weekend 24

I totally enjoyed my stay at Natalie's house. house was very comfortable for the 5 of us. Loved the house and backyard. We were a short drive to strip, so nice to enjoy the strip when I wanted to and drive back to the piece and quiet. Whenever I texted her, she responded in less than 30 minutes. Best stay for us in Vegas, hope to do it again soon.

Vegas Christmas

This lovely property was the perfect spot for our family holiday gathering. Plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, a beauiful outdoor space and they even put holiday touches all around the home making it even more festive. The pics do not do justice to this lovely home and retreat from the lights and sounds of the strip. We would love to return to enjoy it again!

There for a concert

The house was very comfortable and clean. We have been to Las Vegas many times before and every year it seems to get busier on the strip. It could also be that we’re getting older too!!! We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the strip and everything we enjoy about Vegas, but absolutely loved having a quiet and comfortable place to relax. The weather was fantastic and we enjoyed several days by the pool. Natalie was easy to communicate with and we would definitely love to stay here again! Thank you Natalie for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home!

Awesome house and experience

The pictures of the house honestly don’t do it justice. Very cute and comfortable with everything you can think of to make your stay enjoyable! Stayed with three lifelong girlfriends to see a concert in town along with gorgeous hiking in the nearby state park. Everything exceeded our expectations and was the perfect retreat for morning coffee by the pool and relaxation after a day full of activities. We will definitely stay again in the future!

We love Las Vegas for the desert landscape, as we are from the Midwest and enjoy escaping the cold winters to Las Vegas. We stayed in numerous Las Vegas homes before purchasing this property and decided that is was a great location for us to enjoy and share with other travelers. Close to the strip, but can escape and ski at Mt Charleston, explore Lake Mead, hiking at Red Rock, Valley of Fire. Also can drive to the Grand Canyon, Palm Springs CA, Los Angles for a night. We enjoy the shows, restaurants, casinos and diverse activity in the Las Vegas Valley.
