This peaceful condo on the south shore of Lake Chelan is located in the Last Resort condominium complex and it features a spacious deck overlooking the shared yard and the lake.

Lake Access and Water Activities: Enjoy easy access to Lake Chelan via the bulkhead and swimming ladders. Make use of the boat buoy and convenient mini boat launch / footpath for kayaks, paddleboards, and jet skis. (Boat launches for larger watercraft are located in downtown Chelan or at the state park).

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.
