Cozy Retreat Near Riverwalk Park: Discover this compact cottage conveniently located steps away from Riverwalk Park and the scenic Riverwalk Loop trail. It's your ideal starting point for all the adventures in the Chelan valley.

Family and Pet-Friendly: The small grassy yard is perfect for your kids and dogs to play, and after a fun day in town or at the lake you can grill your favorite meal on the electric BBQ. This home welcomes up to two well-behaved dogs with prior approval and a $50/pet fee. (Please note the yard is partially fenced.)

The Riverwalk 2 House can be rented alone or in combination with the larger 5 bedroom/3 bathroom Riverwalk 1 rambler-style main house (with approximately 3000 square feet of space between both units) located on the same property.

Please note: During the peak summer season, there's a 7-night minimum stay with a Friday turnover. Video cameras/noise monitoring may be present outside the home's exterior. Please be aware that lake and river levels fluctuate throughout the year, with the lake/river generally being lowest in the spring and at full height in July and August.

Excellent downtown location. Very clean property. Giving 4 stars only because I felt like the property is a little dated and simple for the price. Overall it suited our needs for the time we were there.

Beds were comfy . The kitchen had everything used to make the meals and clean up afterward. Brief walk to Safeway if needed. You are right next to downtown so could eat out everyday if you wished. The unit was clean and equipped to keep it that way. The Riverwalk has an enjoyable walk. A short dive to the waterslides which was a blast for all.We enjoyed our stay.

Location, location and pet owner comforts! This space is perfect for rivers walks and lake access. Our pet had a fenced yard and simple clean apartment layout worked well for our group of 4 adults. Definitely rent again.

The property had a nice fenced yard which was nice for being outside with our dog. Perfect size rental for our family.

We had a great time, the check in process was smooth, the property was as described. This is a great place close to all of the shops and restaurants where you can bring the family dog! If we are vacationing with our dog we will stay here again.

It was a great value and perfect for our dog with tile floors and fenced yard. Our dog could have snuck through the bars on the decorative fence, but chose not to. We loved being so close to town and the Riverwalk (the loop around both bridges is a nice 2-mile walk). The front of the house is on a busy road. With thick walls and windows closed the noise was not a problem.The duplex is shared with a larger, nicely appointed home that faces the side road. We have our eye on that for our next visit with a larger group.We will be back.

Ideal location near river and downtown Chelan

This small property was perfect for my friend and I who were in town for a paragliding competition. We loved the proximity to downtown and the river, the farmer's market and great restaurants.

Great stay in Lake Chelan

Had a great time during our stay. Location is excellent. Our teens were able to access the water activities (kayaking and water boarding) within walking distance from the house. The grandparents were able to enjoy the park and shops in town within walking distances.

Lake Chelan

We really enjoyed our stay in this rental, the property was exactly as it was described and all in good working condition, and very comfortable. It was a wonderful home base to enjoy the town and to occasionally get out of the sun. We definitely would stay here again.

Lovely Stay

This place was perfect as an add-on to our family stay. We rented both Riverside Houses and had lots of room for all 8 of us. When only 2 of us come with our dog, this would be perfect size for us. You can't find a better place that is both close to town and the water!

Great location!

We enjoyed being so close to the downtown shops & restaurants, and took several walks by the lake. The property was as described, and very comfortable for the three of us and our pup. Communication with the host was easy, and they were very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice place

Perfect spot to be walking distance to downtown. Place was exactly as described. Only negative is the fact the property in on the main highway through town, but there are few trucks on the road at night so it wasn’t much of a nuisance. Family really enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay for a quick 2 days.

One thing I would mention is to consider the stairs from driveway to front door and large step up to bathroom if you have elderly folks with you.

Nice place short walk to lake and downtown

Nice clean place with air conditioning. My dog loved rolling around in the grass outside.

Excellent stay

I highly recommend this place. We had a wonderful stay, our shih tzu enjoyed off leash. The kids had their own room, its very close to the Riverwalk. Wonderful memories. Thank you!
