Perfect Home, Private Hot Tub, Great Community Pool and Walk to Lake Michigan!

This is a lovely three bedroom home provides 1734 sq ft of house to roam. The home sleeps 10 in beds in three rooms and a sleeping loft for additional guests. Once you are here you can rides bikes to town, relax by the clubhouse pool, make smore's in the fire pit or jump in the hot tub. Its a short distance to the beach where you can swim and watch beautiful sunsets. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach.The screened in porch offers a great place to sit and read your favorite novel. There is a wine cellar open in the summer and local restaurants within walking distance. There is also a seasonal flea market a few blocks away. If you prefer to stay home there is a grill for your convenience to dine and converse with family and friends.
Don't forget to check out the Four Winds Casino just a 10 minute drive . It has wonderful entertainment for an evening out . They have great musical performances.

Near Lake Michigan, with plenty of football games at Nortre Dame and other activities to offer!

Wonderful location, lovely house and charming complex with pool

We enjoyed the complex pool, public beach near by and the home’s hot tub! House was well equipped, clean and charming. Communication was excellent - very responsive and helpful! The area is great for walking, biking, dining and family fun.

Amazing stay!!

Me and 6 of my friends stayed here for a Mom’s getaway to relax without our kiddos and it was perfect! Very comfortable and the property was great! We lived in the hot tub haha!!! The community pool was also very nice and clean. Laura was very responsive to via text which was nice, also loved the brownies! Would definitely stay again.

Great getaway spot

We loved this home. The property had all we needed. The kitchen was very well stocked and we made full use of the hot tub and fire pit. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable and the home was spotless. Laura was an outstanding communicator and took care of any issues that came up immediately. We would recommend!

Stayed for a few nights with another family and the house was perfect - loved it! Convenient location to downtown New Buffalo, the house was so cozy, super clean, comfortable, and was well supplied with everything we needed. No complaints whatsoever, would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Hot tub was a definite plus and loved walking in the surrounding area with our puppy, the area was beautiful and everyone we ran into was super friendly. Can’t think of a single improvement - we really enjoyed our stay!

2024 Family Trip

We had an awesome time on our family trip. The home was everything as described in the property information. Check in was a breeze and the local property manager was friendly and responsive. Our grandkids had a great time in the community pool and in the hot tub on the backyard deck. We used the fire pit almost every night. Location was perfect for us to go to St. Joes and New Buffalo. The walkability of the area is great. There was so much to do from this quiet little town. Would definitely come back and would highly recommend the property to any interested guests.

2021 Family Summer Vacation

This house was great for us.. (2 grandparents in master floor master suite, 2 grandchildren & their parents in dual bunk beds room upstairs, other couple in second upstairs bedroom with shared jack & jill bath between bedrooms). Light and bright throughout, clean, well stocked kitchen, top notch backyard (clean hot tub, fire pit, screened porch for bug free game playing and late night fun), front porch large, the shed was nice for storing our bikes/pool and beach gear, big farmhouse table and bar stools for meals, fans in the bedrooms, quiet neighborhood with close access to a nice pool and clubhouse, and last but not least, a very attentive rental agent when we had some questions!

A wonderful beach week away

The cottage was just what we were looking for as a get away! The house was clean, sunny and so well decorated for a family house. The location was perfect: a short walk to the beach, short drive for ice cream, groceries and little shops, nice quiet neighborhood to walk around. The hot tub and fire pit were added pluses. Laura is an amazing communicator who responded so quickly with any and all questions. We can’t wait to go back again!

The 4th - Family getaway

The house was just as described. Very clean, plenty of everyting to accomodate old and young. The little subdivision was lovely, quiet and well maintained. Pool and clubhouse, a bonus!

Birthday Weekend

We had such a great time at this property! It was clean, cute, and perfect for our large group. The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. My friend and I decided to purchase a home in Union Pier to be able to enjoy a few weekend getaways. We are both work in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Josie is a Physician practicing in the area of wellness and beauty and I am an investment advisor and own businesses. We both have very busy schedules and decided to rent the home during the times we can not be there. We both take trips with family and friends and love it there. We believe you will enjoy it as much as we do.

We purchase this home because one of us was very; familiar with this area of Michigan. It was move in ready and everything looked amazing. All we had to do is buy all new furnishings. So everything is brand new . The location is great and the hot tub is a bonus. The access to the pool across the street is very convenient and a nice alternative to the beach in the summer.

The house can accommodate more sleeping space, send us an inquiry. This is a very clean and lovely home nestled in a quiet area of Union Pier with all the amenities you need.
This property is part of a community and parking rules are strictly enforced. We are allowed 4 cars and they MUST be parked in the two driveways.
