Astounding View

The location of the property was amazing. View of the lake and minutes to town. Off season is a perfect time to stay here it’s so peaceful. Only downside is the hot tub closed at 8pm instead of 10 and the ice machine is off limits for the down season. Other than that this was a great stay!

Lake Chelan Condo

Great location with an amazing view. The only downside was that the unit was a little small for our family of 4 (two kids ages 4 and 1). Also, I recommend calling if you need to communicate with the host, I had left a couple messages and did not get a response.

Great location but needs some work

The location cannot be beat! Easy access to restaurants, Riverwalk and shops. However there are no closets or hooks to hang clothes/coats. There were ants in the kitchen and no hot pads or baking sheets for cooking. A few tweaks and this would be an ideal stay!

The check in process was easy and the front desk host was so helpful in accommodating getting a proposal all set up! The view was amazing from the room! The room itself unfortunately was not the best. The random pieces of rugs in the room were almost black they were so dirty and it made the room smell musty. The murphy bed had what seemed to be water stains on the base and it smelled so bad. The fan in the bedroom was so dusty it sprinkled dust all over the bed. We had to sleep with it off and it was so hot even with the AC in the living room on. Overall, this could be a great place if it was updated. The price was not worth it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—we truly appreciate it. We're so glad our front desk team helped make your proposal special and that you enjoyed the views! We're genuinely sorry the room didn't meet your expectations. The cleanliness issues you described, particularly with the rugs, bed, and fan, fall well short of our standards, and we sincerely apologize. These concerns are unacceptable, and we're taking immediate action to address them. Your feedback about the room's condition and temperature control is invaluable. We'd like to make this right. Thank you again for your honesty—it helps us do better.

Great Trip, Great Location

We were more than comfortable for our stay and being ground floor with access directly to the water. Suggestion would be to equip the TVs with a Roku for streaming or new TVs with internet capability.
