Home to the white squirrel, the downtown is host to quaint shops, superb restaurants, art galleries, annual festivals and special events. After exploring the beautiful area come home to enjoy stunning views from our cozy, classic and convenient post and beam, Lindal Cedar home just 3 miles from downtown Brevard.
The house has an updated kitchen and 2-story great room with front 2-story views of the new front patio, the mountains and valley below. You'll also find a wood burning, stone fireplace, beautiful cedar beams, wall of windows and open floor plan, as well as a patio in front with THE STUNNING MOUNTAIN VIEW ! Off the back there is a relaxing sunroom and rear deck, with gas grill, table + 6 chairs and lighted umbrella, overlooking woodsy setting and a seasonal mountain stream. The main level boasts a MA bedroom ensuite with walk-in shower, and open living/dining/kitchen, laundry and powder room. Upstairs you will find a comfortable loft area with a full pullout couch, 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Whether you prefer to relax by the fire, stroll the lovely neighborhood, hit the restaurants, shops or breweries in Brevard, bike in Pisgah or kayak on the French Broad River - there is something here for everyone!
