With Hawaiian architecture at it’s best, Koa Resort will give you the feel of vintage Hawaii. The resort is immaculately maintained, with beautifully landscaped grounds, palm trees swaying overhead and gorgeous flowering plants all around. What sets Koa Resort apart from other condos on the island is that it boasts one of the largest pool in all of South Maui. You will truly feel in paradise when you enjoy an evening soak in the hot tub with the palms swaying overhead. Beautifully refinished tennis courts are also on the property as well as BBQ grills to cook your evening meals.
Our newly renovated condo includes 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It comes fully furnished to meet all of your vacation needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table inside and your evening beverage on the palm-shaded lanai. Outside of the standard amenities, we also supply beach towels and beach chairs.

Directly across from Koa Resort is the longest beach on Maui, Sugar Beach. With a nearly 5 miles stretch of continuous sand, Sugar Beach is a great beach for a morning run or a romantic evening walk.
In the mornings, the snorkeling off of Sugar Beach is one of the best kept secrets in all of Maui. Only 50-100 yards off shore you can see colorful coral, marine life, and if you’re lucky, the famous Maui Hanu (turtle).
Located just a few minutes drive are grocery stores and restaurants. Costco and the airport are a short 20 min drive away. Kihei is also a great central location for any of your day trips around the island. Kaanapali is a 40 min drive North and Wailea is a 10 min drive South.
