Luana Kai  A203 is a two bedroom/ 2 bath oceanview. Enjoy the spectacular view while dining on the lanai. This condo has a King in the master with two twin beds in the guest bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. A203 does NOT have AC.  Includes Wifi, cable Tv, and Free calls to U.S mainland and Canada.  Lovely pool area with hot tub, saunas & 5 gas bbq grills. . 
 The condo is located on the the second floor. There are NO elevators, you would have to walk up 2 flights of stairs.
Free and unassigned parking

Due to back-to-back bookings, cleaning, and maintenance schedules, late checkouts cannot be accommodated at this time. If you have a late flight out, we recommend booking an extra night to accommodate your schedule. Mahalo for understanding.

The vrbo was exactly as described with a great view and beautiful pool and easy communication Our only issue was the lack of AC. AC is so Prevalent in Florida it didnt jump at Me, that it wasn't listed on AP . There were generous fans, thank goodness. With regular swim time to cool down it ws comfortable, but would not book again unless AC was Included

Nice property right on the ocean. The beach wasn’t the best for swimming due to a lot of coral and wood debris but it was great for walking the shore. The condo was great, the pool was great. It was nice to have laundry facilities. No AC but a wonderful Maui breeze at night. It was warmest in the afternoon in the main area, but the breeze did a good job keeping the air moving, if not cool. Easy parking.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time. The place was clean and well appointed. It was spacious and we loved the pool! Would stay here again.

Nice ocean view apartment. Mostly clean but quite old and outdated. There were small bugs flying around. Kitchen was well stocked, but not the bathrooms (no shampoo or conditioner or body wash in one of the bathrooms). We enjoyed the balcony and the pool area a lot. The host was responsive and instructions were clear.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The condo is nicely decorated and there is plenty of space. The views are spectacular and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool area is fantastic and there are plenty of gas grills. We grilled a couple of nights after a day at the beach. The beach is a short walk across a grassy field. Restaurants, grocery stores, shops, a great skate park, and other beaches with great snorkeling, are just a couple miles to the south. I highly recommend this resort. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nice place

Property and area was great, but it was really windy. The beach wasnt all that user friendly for us. The wind would sandblast us and water had a brown tinge to it. We never went into water there during our stay. Close to food, aquarium, harbor. Great view from our balcony, furniture is pretty dated though, 80's. Pool area was great with bbq, sauna, but jacuzzi were down while we were there.

Overall, the property was in a great location, was well maintained and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I think the only downside was that it was a little warm and there was no AC. So a bit toasty but being able to open the windows and the sliding glass door helped to cool down and sleeping in the evenings was generally pretty nice and but the the beachfront sunset views certainly made up for the lack of AC. And overall we had a lovely stay. Mahalo!

I am Leslie and I moved to Maui 40 years ago. I immediately started work at Luana Kai in Kihei and am still here. I am blessed to call Luana Kai my FAMILY. I have had the pleasure of watching families grow up year after year and some who were babies when I started are coming back with their babies now. Such a delight.
