Great oceanfront views! Great sunsets and 180 degree panoramic views from any of the two lanais/ balconies. There is FREE Wifi Access. Recently installed new floors throughout the unit and in the master bedroom. The condo is situated on the second floor of the Maui Sunset complex and is located about 100 yards from the beach with only a grassy manicured area in between.

As a guest of the resort, you will enjoy full use of the large swimming pool, 2 floor elevators, jacuzzi, workout room with Matrix workout equipment, access to 4 tennis courts, putting green, and individual gas barbecue pits. The condominium offers full amenities of home, including 3 separate bedrooms with dedicated full bathrooms, dining and living room, AC units in each bedroom as well as the kitchen and living room, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, washer/dryer, Blue Ray Player with Netflix + Hulu Plus + VUDU, 3 television sets, a new pack n play for babies/toddlers, in addition to boogie boards and some snorkel gear for your use during your stay. Additional excellent beaches in Kihei, Wailea, and Makena are all minutes away. Lahaina and Kaanapali are 30 minutes away, with the Maui airport 20 minutes from the resort. Multiple chain and local restaurants, a farmer's market, multiple Starbucks, Safeway, and shopping centers are all walking distance away. The beach in front of condo, in season, is considered one of the premiere windsurfing spots on the Hawaiian Islands.

Maui Sunset Quiet Corner Unit

Was so happy to arrive at the corner unit at Maui Sunset, really one of the best locations of the entire place. Gorgeous views every morning and evening. George was super responsive and easy to work with the entire stay. The place is a little dated but we knew that from the photos and the location/view made up for that. The place also had tons of gear available to us which was such a nice treat. My kids loved playing with the big ball on the grass outside as it blew everywhere with the winds. So grateful and would book again!

Maui Condo - Awesome!

What a great complex and awesome unit. A spacious living room and kitchen area, awesome view of the ocean from both the living room and master bedroom. Check-in/check-out could not have been simpler. I highly recommend!

Incredible views at Maui Sunset!

From the first day we made our booking at this condo, the host was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to work with us to adjust our booking based on our needs and even arrange delivery of other rented equipment we needed for our toddler. I was blown away by George's kindness and professionalism. Added bonus that the condo is also beautiful and perfectly located with easy access to so many beautiful beaches and amenities! We gathered the whole family on the lanai to watch the sunset at the end of every perfect day in paradise. We absolutely loved our stay. Could not ask for anything more!

Our trip ended too early

George (owner) was like dealing with good friend. Super nice, well-maintained facility. Private end unit with the best view of all the units! Turtle doves everywhere! Awesome smells an sounds! Snorkeling Molokini was the highlight of our trip!

Beautiful sunsets in comfort

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The property is as advertised. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is lovely, the location is amazing w sunset and ocean view. It’s close to some shopping, don’t miss the swap meet for souvenirs and a nice selection of local food trucks. The condo itself was clean w lots of linen, towels, dishes and great water pressure/hot water. There’s plenty of beach chairs, games, etc. I thought it was a great value. We checked in late evening and security was prompt and helpful getting us our keys. If I had to put anything down that could be improved I would only say that the option of getting a third set of keys would have been helpful since there were 3 adult couples. (Office said not available). But that was super minor. The beds were comfortable. The furniture isn’t super modern but it totally fits the Hawaiian vibe, so it works. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect Condo in Kihei

Pros: Location! Kihei in general is a great location & home base to see the whole island - it’s right in the middle. The condo is walkable to restaurants and bars (15-20 minutes). The view from the condo is unreal. We got to watch the sunset over the ocean every night. Down at the beach you can also find a bunch of sea turtles during sunset. The condo looks over part of the pool, tennis courts, ocean, and a huge field that we got to kick a soccer ball around in. Near the pool, there's an activities desk where you can sign up for tours and rent equipment - soccer balls, tennis racquets, etc., all free of cost. Condo was able to hold our group of 6 comfortably. There are air conditioning units in every room which helped with the hot/humid days. Kitchen is well stocked. Lots of boogie boards, snorkel equipment, umbrella, chairs, and towels in closets. The overall price was also great for this condo. Cons: The cleanliness of the condo was questionable. We found a beanie, ear plugs, and an empty soda bottle under our bed. Looks like the place needs a good dusting too.

50 the Anniversary

Beautiful place in a great location. View and location to beach as well as amenities were wonderful. 4 adults and two children stayed and we had more than enough room. My only suggestion would be a few more bath towels, since the driver doesn't work very well it took way to long to wash and dry bath towels.

Super stay- Great AC throughout in all the rooms, fantastic sunset viewing from master bedroom and lanai, very roomy large dining room for 6 people, fully stocked with lots of beach towels, toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, kitchenware and spices. Huge side by side fridge. Definitely staying here again. Love it!

Excellent stay in Kihei!

We absolutely loved the property! Spacious, clean, gorgeous views, and a very short drive to shopping and restaurants. It was so nice to have 3 bathrooms, so we weren't all waiting to use it. Also nice to have washer and dryer in the condo. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs to utilize. Check in and check out was easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location

The condo is centrally located for all your activities. The complex is great and check-in was a breeze thanks to Rose. Condo is a good choice for family or couples. Beds are comfortable and kitchen has everything.

Wonderful Stay

Location was great and easy access to National Park. Beach in front of the property was nice to watch the sunset however we went to Makenna State Park for our beach days. We had all that was necessary to prepare the majority of meals for the five of us. Actually, in general, we had everything we needed! It was great having 3 bedrooms and bathrooms as we consisted of two couples and one single adult. We all agree we would return!

Beautiful 1 week stay in Maui

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the condo at Sunset Maui. Pros: Condo is nicely sized to fit 6 people comfortably. The views from the balcony are incredible. The host was responsive to questions during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals when not eating out. There was a closet full of beach gear-towels, chairs, boogie boards, snorkel equipment. The pool on the property was nice for a dip after a day at the beach. Cons: Supplies such as cleaning sprays, paper towels, laundry detergent were limited. Shampoo and conditioner were not supplied in the bathrooms. Towels and beach towels could use some updating. Overall, we had a great time in Maui and enjoyed our stay. We hope to be back in the future.

Lovely unit with lots of amenities and ideal location

This property afforded us easy access to a close beach and lots of amenties that made our stay enjoyable, including a pool, grill, patio with a gorgeous view, snorkling equipment, boogie boards, and more. The host provided easy-to-follow check-in instructions and offered great commnuication.

Beautiful Location

End unit that looks across a green to the ocean. Spacious deck to watch the beautiful sun set. The set-up for this 3 bedroom 3 bath condo provided nice privacy. The owner was very responsive to any issues. This is a great rental and location.

Great location

The grounds of the property were beautiful, nicely manicured lawn and great pool/hot tub area that all of our guests enjoyed. The condo is a corner unit and the views are excellent. We felt it was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 kids and we didn’t feel cramped. The unit itself is very outdated and had an handful of unresolved maintenance issues, we were also left with 3 laundry pods and one paper towel roll for an entire week.

Great place

Great location and stay close to everything and the beach access was amazing. Lots of things to do on location and they provide lots of free stuff for you to use on the beach.
