This newly renovated townhouse condo is perfectly located on 12th Street, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and bars, and just about seven miles south of historic downtown St. Augustine.

Master Suite: King bed with private upstairs retreat.
Guest Room 1: Queen bed.
Guest Room 2: Full bed.
Sleeps: Up to 6 adults or families with children comfortably.

Property was as advertised. It was about a 2 minute walk to the beach. It’s less than 5 miles drive to Downtown St. Augustine. Next time we are in the area we would definitely book here again.

This is a beautifully decorated beach property. The townhouse is clean, has a well stocked kitchen, and the shower has good water pressure. Plenty of towels and items for the beach such as inner tubes, chairs and bikes. It's a short walk to the beach (only 4 or 5 buildings to walk past). At the end of the street there is a dog pet waste station and the best part of all, the beach allows dogs! Walking distance to food and shopping. People are very friendly. The only negative is that the beds are a bit firm (I'm a soft, fluffy pillow top kind of person) but that is being nit picky. This is a great place to stay with family and pets!

The house was very clean and only one block from the beach. The mattress's were very soft. Nicely decorated and well stocked.Steps to A1A, plenty of restaurants close by and within a short drive to downtown St Augustine. The host was available if you needed them.

Wonderful Getaway

Dog friendly, great location to beach and varuous restaurants. The beds were very comfy and place was super clean and well stocked with the essentials. We definitely would come back!

Awesome stay

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Its within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the pier and the beach. Very clean and spacious place. Highly recommend and definitely would stay here again.

Cute house, great location

Nice well appointed house very close to the beach and restaurants. This place was perfect for our trip- it was comfortable and had everything you could need for a beach vacation. The kitchen was very well supplied as well with everything you would need to cook! Definitely recommend this place.

The PERFECT mini Vacation

Perfect Location, steps from the sand, Publix was right down the road, beach shop across the street. The townhome was very clean and cozy. I would defiantly stay here again!!

Vacation in St. Augustine FL

This property is so convenient. The beach is just a short walk away, restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. The overall atmosphere of this property is very welcoming, we would definitely stay there again.

Great Trip

This was our second year in a row staying in this home and we had a great time. You truly can't beat the location and the home has everything you could need. Tons of restaurants and ice cream within walking distance.

Great location

Great place to stay! A few houses down from the beach was great. No busy road to cross! The house is spacious and the bedrooms are a nice size. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance and the pier is close by. Would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Terrific Spot For St Augustine Beach Vacation

Excellent property located a few houses from the beach. Several walking distance dining options. Very clean and nice house. Lots of ammenities on site like beach chairs, umbrellas, etc.

Great Family Condo

Condo was perfect for our family! Great location within a few steps to the beach, walking distance to good restaurants, and fishing from nearby pier. Condo was clean, updated, and had everything we needed. When we visit St. Augustine again, we will definitely try to stay here again.

Great Location!

My family rented this wonderful home for an extended weekend to visit my sister who is going to school in the area. It was a perfect location and had all amenities that we needed, and then some. We will be re-booking in the future!
