Come enjoy a piece of our 🌴🏖️PARADISE!.

We are one block from the beach and it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance, pier and splash park are a quick walk on beach. Wednesday market (pier),Saturday market @ amphitheater.

You can catch the trolley,sunshine bus to downtown Saint Augustine from hotels at end of streets,or park at downtown parking garage.. Grocery stores are near by Publix/Winn Dixie. Volleyball, miniature golf, and some of the best restaurants known for fresh seafood are minutes away. Shopping on beach,downtown(historical district) and outlet malls. Fishing, surfing,golfing,paddle boarding ,kayaking, jet skiing all close on island.

We are in the "GOLDEN MILE" close to everything.

Animals welcome(2)medium size only, we ask that you don't leave dogs alone all day that bark!

Neighbors are very important to us. We also have a garage with beach stuff and a couple bikes. Wednesday market at Pier, and Saturday market at Amphitheater, and we are walking distance to most restaurants, bars,coffee spots, ice cream,donut shop.

We loved our recent stay there. We could walk to a lot of the restaurants that we dined at, taking our little dog with us. The neighborhood was very nice, and people were very friendly. Lots of sight seeing and parks for dog walking. Overall, a very relaxing, comfortable stay in a beautiful cottage!

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. Having beach chairs, towels, and other beach supplies available made our trip so much easier and was such a nice touch.The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to relax after a day in the sun. Our host was great, and everything was exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Everything was good and as advertised. The home is comfortable and the location is excellent. Pam is available and helpful if a need arises (though we did not have any major issues). Love St. Augustine Beach!

This property was in a great location, clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was great for my dog. We very much enjoyed our stay at Pam’s. As an added touch, she had the house decorated for Christmas! We would definitely stay there again!

Adorable house in great location!

We really enjoyed our stay here with our little dog and being able to walk to the beach as well as some good restaurants close by! Such a cute house and so comfortable for a relaxing vacation!

Great place

We had a great time here, perfect for two couples and a kiddo! It was cute, clean, and very conveniently located near the beach and restaurants.

Wonderful Stay

Very responsive host to a few of our questions, amazing location with beach access about 3 minutes away. Only about 10 minutes to historic St Augustine. Very clean property with everything you need for a great stay!

Great cottage

We were very pleased with our stay. This was a great location close to everything we wanted to do. The cottage was super cute. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful home in a great location

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The home is beautiful and convenient to the local fun. This was our 2nd stay and will have plenty more.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pam’s home in St Augustine and we will definitely be back next year. The house had everything we needed and was close to the beach. Our pups loved the backyard!

St. Augustine Beach

Great location and house in St. Augustine Beach. Perfect layout and very comfortable home for reconnecting with family over a long weekend. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Would absolutely stay again!

Loved the yellow cottage and the fenced backyard for my doggo! The outside shower was awesome the beach was so close, the house was just perfect. We had an amazing time. Host is the best!

If you’re coming to st. Augustine and want to be able to enjoy the beach and the sites this house is perfect! Only one block from the beach and a 10 minute ride from the city, we had a great time!

I've been in St. Augustine 42 years now. I left Michigan on my graduation night and never looked back! I got the sand in between my toes and ended up settling here. I would love to share with you our beautiful city.

Before buying this property I owned another one in the area, but it was too far away from the ocean for me. I love the interaction of the people walking by, and it's a great neighborhood! Everyone is so friendly on the street. You would be welcomed, and you'll probably end up having some great happy hours while making new friends.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This house is right in the "golden mile" beach area. We have a bike path, side walks, restaurants , markets, music venues, etc. The down fall is the smell of all the good food being cooked from the local restaurants. The quietness in the neighborhood at night is a plus. Very safe and friendly area for kids. Plus beach is right there 🏖️ you will love the front porch for hanging out to having dinners.
