Luxury villa with a beautiful view! We welcome you to our Desert Falls Villa … your home away from home, where you can enjoy near perfect weather year round.

This 2 bedroom 2 bath single-level villa is tastefully updated with all *new* contemporary furnishings to exemplify the casual & relaxing desert lifestyle. No steps in or out of this villa, and no upstairs neighbor. The villa features new remodeled kitchen and appliances, new paint, large tile flooring throughout, a large open living room with new 65-inch TV, formal dining room with sitting for 6; large and bright open kitchen connecting to an intimate dinette area with sitting for 4; spacious master bedroom (king bed) with built-in closets and ensuite bath, and a second bedroom with a full separate bath.

Enjoy the spectacular and breathtaking views, majestic and panoramic mountains from inside the villa, or from the patio. The living room has glass sliders allowing brilliant sunshine, and there is a fireplace for those cozier nights. You may also access the patio from the master bedroom. Enjoy the desert evenings while lounging on the patio and grill your dinners on the gas BBQ.

Laundry room is located in the villa for easy access, with a full size washer and dryer. All of our guests enjoy complimentary use of the fitness center, nine lighted tennis courts and use of the club house and dining facilities. Golf on the beautiful 18 hole championship Robert Fream designed course is available for a fee. Desert Falls CC has been named one of the 10 best courses by the SCPGA and was also awarded a 4 star rating by Golf Digest magazine. Desert Falls is easily accessible from the 10 Fwy, close to shopping, great restaurants, golf courses, theater and music, colleges, casinos, The Living Desert, Knotts Soak City and many other attractions – including world class dining and shopping experience on the renowned El Paseo Drive. It is also a short drive to the hip and trendy Palm Canyon Drive in glamorous Palm Springs. If you are up to serious shopping, the Cabazon Premium Outlets are appx 30-40 mins away.
