Caged pool, lounge seating, dining table shared access is yours for a refreshing swim, floating on the raft, lounging with a book, or working on your tan. It was a wonderful little place. The owner was sweet, very friendly and quite helpful. Would recommend to anyone and enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was great! We did have a few issues, however they were mostly fixed. I loved the extras, she had available, which really saved us for our lacrosse tournament! The umbrella, chairs and cooler saved us so much money and I am very grateful! As a club team parent, these tournaments can be very costly. Thank you!

Quaint cottage feel

Sunny was an amazing host. The room had everything one would need. The pool and dipping pool were very clean as was the room. Sunny answered questions very quickly! Cute property and close to siesta key village!

Lush setting and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at this tastefully decorated studio. Great areas to walk and admire all the beautiful trees. Great location for going to the beach, dinner, downtown or museums! If going in February, know that the pool is not heated.

Perfect Getaway

This was a wonderful little space tucked away on the backside of the main house. Close driving distance from Siesta Key beach/Village, shopping, and grocery store. The space and location was perfect for our trip! Thank you Sara!

Honeymoon

Stayed here for our honeymoon, was so relaxing. Just off the beaten path of all the hustle and bustle. Sara was the sweetest, her bungalow was superb. Relaxing and peaceful is exactly what we needed. Close enough to everything you could ever want or need ! We will be back

Sisters Sarasota Siesta

30 years have gone by and my sister and I returned to visit Sarasota where we once lived. Had so much fun shopping, nightlife (Mollys Pub on Maine Street) BEST expresso martini! We spent time on Siesta Key beach and also did a boat tour to see dolphins and birds. Weather was great! So fun and we would happily stay at Sunny Sara’s again!

Perfect for a short term stay. Close and convenient to beaches, great restaurants and local attractions. Sara was a wonderful, helpful Hostess and we enjoyed our visit with her. Our only regret was that the pool was not heated. Otherwise, quite enjoyable.

Perfect little place close to everything!

Sara’s bungalow was perfect for our stay in Florida! We had a long drive from Michigan but she was very quick with responses and accommodating to our arrival. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Being so close to everything helped us check everything off our list and much more! The pool was perfect for the high 90 degree weather we had as well when we weren’t feeling the beach. Sara was so sweet and inviting and we hope to return soon!

Wonderful Studio Coastal Cottage with Large Beautiful Pool area

My wife and I stayed at the cottage from 2/6 - 2/19 2023 and enjoyed the extra large flat screen TV, the very large walk in shower, the over size large king bed, and the wall closet with shelves to store your clothes and suitcases. Although the kitchen area was small it was very manageable. The large pool and the decorative pool area was inviting. Sunny (Sara) our host was very attentive and available with any questions we had during our stay.

Quiet, secluded and very nice!

We enjoyed our stay at this fabulous guest house close to everything...siesta key, Sarasota, shopping, beaches, and more. Wonderful location and even more wonderful accommodations. Very clean and nicely remodeled with beautiful modern finishes. The large king sized bed had a great view of the backyard. We loved the large shower and although we didn’t use the private patio, jetted garden tub, nor the pool, we appreciated that those items were there for us if we’d had more time. The hostess was fabulous and we enjoyed talking with her. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

This Tropical Paradise was amazing. We loved it. The only thing we did not love was we could not utilize the pool as it was too cold although beautiful to look at. We did not love the bed it was uncomfortable and collapsing at the base of the bed my husband and I did not sleep well at all. The furniture was very uncomfortable as well. We would definitely suggest investing in new beds and a comfortable place to sit. We make the best situation no matter where we go and where we stay. The inside and outside is breathtaking beautiful🌴🌴

My stay at Tropical Beach/Town Studio Apartment in Sarasota was just what I was looking for. I was there for two weeks and the location was perfect for me - I walked everywhere - downtown, to Southside Village, Publix, restaurants, etc. The accommodation was just lovely - clean, comfy bed, beautiful bathroom with jetted tub, outside patio with table and chairs and lounge chairs and access to the owners' pool that is amazing. So many amenities were provided - lots of towels, hair dryer, shampoo, soap, coffee/tea, sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, etc. When needing to contact the owner, she responded immediately.

Relaxing and quiet beachy studio

The host was very kind and accommodating. Helping us out with check in and out times because of flights. She went out of her way to help make this visit to Sarasota a stress free one!

As a Sarasota native I grew up on Lido key, we played in the surf, rode our bikes everywhere from island to island, we jumped off the bridges, went spear fishing and never wore shoes. Sarasota was a sleepy little beach town and childhood here was pure nirvana! Old Florida charm may only be in photos now, but Sarasota grew in so many wonderful ways that today's exciting, vibrant beauty has kept me forever enchanted with her shores.

This prime locations allows getting everywhere in minutes, beaches, shopping, dining, entertainment, without getting caught in traffic that swells in season. I can walk or ride a bike to Siesta key with out a worry about beach or sunset traffic and no place to park!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

My slice of heaven is like having a quiet tropical resort, floating in the pool on a raft, feeling the warm sun, watching the palm trees swaying and the sound of the Not a crowded pool with screaming children splashing, crying babies and parents yelling out warnings. Here it is Zen, chill and relaxing and yet we are in the heart of it all!
