Very nice accommodations. Our host was exceptional. The amenities were great. Very close to the river. Secluded area which is what we were looking for in our fishing trip!

The place was great. Our family enjoyed staying here for the days we did. Getting down to the river is a little tough to get to when its wet, very slippery. And the boat dock was to low to keep our boat in the water. I understand that the River was unusually low though. Overall enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

It was a wonderful stay!

We have a busy life and we were so happy to have had a wonderful, quiet, restful stay! The scenery was beautiful and it was so nice to have met Diane, who when we ask for anything to make our stay more comfortable, she was very accommodating. We would definitely stay there again and are planning to this fall!
This is in the back patio where you can see the river and your own dock where you can fish! Beautiful scenery!

We thoughly enjoyed our time at Riverhouse at Creswell Island on the White River. The house was very clean and comfortable, & the kitchen was well stocked. The king-sized bed we used was very comfortable. The screen porch was delightful; a great place to enjoy the sights & sounds of the environment, including the river.The surrounding area has some very quaint small towns that were fun to explore. Would definitely be willing to go back.

Very nice small house. Twice a year we stay along the white river for a few days and trout fish. Sometimes a new place and sometimes we go back to a place. Many of the places we stay are very musty smelling even if they appear clean. This place was very clean and no musty smelling or feeling. Kitchen was spacious for the size of the house. Host provided small thoughtful gestures that were appreciated like a bag of ice and cold mugs in the freezer. It’s a small thing but there was lots of hooks to hang clothes and towels on. That was great. Even though it was very hot out house was a comfortable temp when we arrived and was able to keep up with the 100degree temps outside. Host was helpful with tips about the nearby town and river. The private boat dock was a great amenity as we had our own boat. We plan to go back.

Beautiful property

Everything was as described and the river was beautiful. Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds. Enjoyed our stay immensely

Mini vacation

Had a great time as always, the Hostess is the best and most accommodating!! The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and if you accidentally leave your shampoo at home this was our second time to go there and we will definitely be back

White River House

Perfect little spot. Quiet, beautiful view of the river. Lots of hiking and biking close by - as well as fishing. Great brewery up the road making killer pizzas!

Wonderful, as always!

This was our 2nd stay at the Riverhouse, and we loved it again! Diane is the nicest person to work with, and the house has all you need for a comfortable getaway. The river is the star, though - such a beautiful spot! Hoping to come back again.

Beautiful riverhouse

The Riverhouse was clean and had all the comforts of home! This area is beautiful and we enjoyed fishing and viewing the fall foliage so much! Loved the screened in porch and having our own dock to use. Looking forward to coming back soon! Thanks Diane!

Perfect river getaway!

We absolutely loved the Riverhouse and this beautiful spot on the White River! As other reviewers have already said, the house is so thoughtfully fitted out with so many things to make you feel at home and able to relax. Diane is the best hostess, and the nicest person you could ever want to work with, and we are already trying to figure out when we can come back!
