Everything was wonderful! Best vacation ever! Was so peaceful and quiet! Beautiful home equipped with everything you need! Just bring your clothes and food and you are set! There's so much to do! We will definitely be back!

Our family had a wonderful long weekend on the beautiful White River. The log home was all that we could have asked for. The host was very accommodating and friendly. The kitchen was very well equipped as was the laundry room. Plenty of room for everyone with lots of games for all age groups and good Wi-Fi also! Every inch was very clean and we enjoyed all the porches. We were all very pleased with this property.

The property was wonderful, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming! Our best days were spent fishing, playing games, and hanging out at the fire pit. Everyone wants to come back!!

The house and the property are gorgeous. Rural setting on the river was picturesque. The house was roomy and very comfortable. The peach pie and ice cream were a very nice welcoming present. I hope to stay here again soon. Thank you.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The hosts were so welcoming and informative. The cabin itself and the location are breathtaking. We had the best few days relaxing, fishing, and grilling! We saw bald eagles, river otters, and several trout. I hope I’ll be able to return to this property one day! If you have a chance, I recommend staying up late to look at the stars. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need, the beds are extremely comfortable, and the cabin is very clean (and we didn’t see any bugs inside— which is crazy for a house on the river!).

The cabin on White River was clean & comfortable. Brenda & Jimmie were great hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and didn't need anything. We were greeted with a amazing 3 berry pie & ice cream. They even have a sweet furbaby named Ellie who visited & played with us every day. We saw deer, eagles, turtles & otters. Beautiful & quiet place.

We are repeat guests at this location. It is so beautiful and peaceful. The Carlisles are phenomenal hosts. It doesn’t feel like a vacation rental- it feels like a cozy home with everything you need. It’s a great place for bird watching and fishing- we caught a 22 inch brown trout this trip! We usually travel with just our boys but this time we brought my parents. They also loved the property. Thank you for sharing this little slice of heaven with us!

Family fun

We enjoyed our stay very much. The lake was beautiful and the house was very clean and comfortable for our family. There was plenty of room for our whole family. We hope to stay again.

Great getaway! The house was beautiful and just perfect for our family! This was an after Christmas family trip and the host had the most thoughtful touches when we arrived. They had left wrapped gifts under the tree and personalized stockings with my grandchildren's initials on them, along with tins filled with homemade sweet treats! Will definitely be back!

Our stay on the river

This property is gorgeous! Very clean, well organized for company, excellent communication with the owner, and just the coziest home to spend quality family time in on the River! Would love to stay here again in the future!
