This is a nice condo with a great location

Very nice condo but could use a good deep cleaning. I’d stay here again!

Hi Matt, I’m very sorry about your experience. We have the apartment cleaned by a professional cleaning company each and every time a guest checks out. I have contacted them to discuss this. I wish I had known sooner, I would have asked them to come back right away. Cleanliness and our guests’s experience is extremely important to us. We would have made this right for you.

Perfect for small family

This place was very nice and comfortable. It was perfect for us. The only problem we had was trying to turn the tv on. WE would definitely stay here again

Hi LuAnn, thank you for your review. We appreciate your time. Televisions and remotes are quite difficult to operate, I agree. We had made videos on how to turn on each specific television precisely for this reason. I wish we had known, we could have sent you the videos or walked you through them,

Accurate description, nice short stay.

We enjoyed our time at this property, we did notice it could use a good deep clean. It unexpectedly came with some beach things (chairs/umbrellas/etc) which were great, and the quick communication upon check-in was very appreciated. The area was also very safe which is a huge priority of ours when traveling.

Hi Danielle, thank you for your review. Our guests experience is so important to us and we really are trying to improve the cleaning provided by the new cleaning service we are using. We have gone through a few companies. They seem to be great at first and then start cutting corners. We wish we would have known sooner, we would have sent them back when you checked in. We are glad you enjoyed the area and felt safe!!

I highly recommend this property as it is super clean with plenty of amenities. The property is just a short drive to major beaches and dining options. Maria was very communicative and made the process easy. We had 2 couples in our group and this fit the bill with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.

Spring Break Gem

My family rented this gem for our 2023 spring break. The home was clean, nicely decorated and had all the amenities you could want. It was located just 6 miles from beautiful Anna Maria Island. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. Maria was extremely responsive to answer any questions we had or to take care of anything that we needed. We would stay again and we definitely recommend it to others!

The place was not accurately listed.

Would have not stayed here if accurately listed on vrbo. Not big enuff for my family. Not a livingroom for relaxing after long day and showed 2 twins and full bed in 2nd bedroom. (Which it did not.) Needs a good deep cleaning. Also people upstairs were partying until 2am in the morning.

Hi Trish, I'm sorry you did not have a great stay. We have never listed the second bedroom as having 2 twin beds and 1 full bed. The photos do not reflect that either. The photos are very accurate. Perhaps that was a different apartment you had seen? Could you please be more specific about the cleaning, please? We have it cleaned numerous times per week. The sofas in the living room are brand new and as are the carpets. I did not know about people upstairs partying I would have called the police to come had I known. We are sorry you did not have a good experience. Our guest's happiness is very important to us. We would have liked the opportunity to make things right for you during your stay.

Good option for budget conscious

We chose this condo based on its close proximity to IMG academy (1 mile away) and the amenities (pool, pickleball, shuffleboard) and an affordable option for The week of New Year’s It served all of those purposes, but the inside of the condo hasn’t been updated since 1980. All pocket doors were broken, shower in second bathroom didn’t work and the pots and pans were so old that a thrift store has a better selection. No salt and pepper in the cupboards and one trash bag for a 6 days. It is affordable, but it’s like staying in an old motel room.

Hi Lisa, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Yes, the two pocket doors were broken by previous guests. It’s very hard to control when something like this will break. We had a very full calendar of reservations. As soon as we had a two day gap to have the doors replaced, we did so. As you can imagine, most guests make their reservations months in advance. The only other option would have been to cancel guest reservations. We thought we made the right decision by not canceling on guests. We have a fully stocked kitchen with stainless pots and pans. We would have been more than happy to source something more specific had we known you had a need for something different.

Just okay

The location, pool, hot tub, tennis courts really nice. If you’re particular about your living space, this may not be the place for you. There were many things that needed maintenance, mostly the doors. Our shower curtain was very yellow at the bottom and the toilet had been filled with toilet bowl cleaner but never washed. I am not a super picky person but was disappointed in the cleansliness. Dirty dishes and cups in the cupboard. It really needed someone to go through and give it a good cleaning and organize the cupboards. Lots of half empty containers of soap, Shampoo, etc. The location was great and it was very easy to head out to the beautiful beaches of Ana Maria Island. We would return to this association but not to this specific condo unit.

Hi Julie, we are truly sorry about your experience. We have had a bad run of cleaning services in the last few months. We really do want to give our guests a nice experience and a clean environment. The two pocket doors had been broken by guests not knowing how to use them and pushing them off the tracks. We tried to have them removed numerous times however our reservations were back to back for quite some time making it very difficult for a contractor to come in and remove them and install new doors. We had no choice but to wait until there was a two day gap between reservations. As you can imagine, guests book their stay months in advance and it’s very hard to know when something will break. There is no way to know this. Our only other alternative was to cancel reservations but that didn’t seem like the right thing to do either. We do try to think of our guests first. We apologize this wasn’t the right decision made for you. Since your stay, we’ve had the two pocket doors replaced and the sofa replaced, as well. Had we known about the cleaning, we could have had them gone back as soon as you checked in. Thank you for your review.

Pleasant enough

Ceiling/ walls a bit thin. Woke up to noise above us in middle of night. But we did appreciate closeness to Anna Maria Island where we dined and felt safe where we stayed

A great property

The condo was clean, well payed out , beautiful grounds with a pool and hot tub. Great price . Wish we had more time there. Would have been nice to have a little creamer, sugar and coffee filters.

Just what we needed

Two nights here was just what we needed. Not really near the beaches, especially during the hight traffic times of spring break, but that was to be expected. Amenities in the unit were as described and helpful. The only complaint we might have was the low water level in the little creek behind the unit. We were looking forward to having our coffee out by the water in the mornings, and it was rather unattractive with low, murky water. Maybe that's just the time of year. However, there were still plenty of ducks and birds to enjoy on the property.

This is a nice quiet place .

We have a 2 days with no internet and they’re fix after that , The faucet in Master bedroom needs update, The water running so slow , other than that the place is nice.

Amazing stay!

Maria and her condo are amazing, we had a short girls trip to visit Anna Maria Island and this condo was just perfect. We loved the beach items that Maria had available it made or day at the beach great!! We will for sure book again.

Quick stop

We were at Maria’s for just one night and had no issues! It was very easy to get in and out, which we greatly appreciated. We made sure to enjoy the mini coffee bar she had set up and took our coffees out on the little patio, before we headed out! Everything was very clean and met our needs for the evening. Thank you!

The property was just fine. The condo was cozy.

The condo was very nice. The only trouble was the bed was very uncomfortable so we didn't get much sleep. Also the only tv we could get to work was in the room where the daybed was. We did have a wonderful time at my Aunt Beth's 90h birthday party.

We have not received feedback previously from any of our guests that the bed was uncomfortable. Spectrum was having issues with their service in large areas of Bradenton at that time.
