Every day is like living in paradise. This beautiful chic coastal Hermosa Beach home is walking distance to beach, pier, amazing restaurants, bars, shops, & local activities. Enjoy a BBQ on the private rooftop deck after a fun day at the beach. Bright and airy home on rare quiet street w/ little street traffic. Just a few blocks to beach and Pier Ave, 2 car garage & guest spot. Sleeps 10 in beds (w/ Futon). High vaulted ceilings w/ great room. 3 work/school stations for virtual learning or work. Air conditioning is provided in the master bedroom. Fans are provided in the other rooms.

Enjoy this beachy home with comfy down couch and oversize ottoman for true casual relaxation. Full kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. Everything you need to cook at home along with an 8 person teak table on the deck. Can add more chairs if needed. Fire table and conversation set also on deck. Jacuzzi tub with lots of jets and air bubbles to work out those sore muscles. Free high speed internet 1 TB. Amazon Fire TV for tons of free movies and shows. Free onsite laundry.
In addition to the 2-car garage and there is lots of additional parking on street 1/2 block away.

This house is a real hidden gem. It has everything you need for a long-term or short term stay. The roof deck at the back of the house was an added bonus, It’s very close to Hermosa Pier and walkable to downtown and all the local Hermosa activities. The house was very responsive and communicative. Charming place. Quiet neighborhood

Great spot for a family

We are a family of four and we’re very comfortable in this spacious home. Would recommend! Walking distance to everything, too.

Hermosa 2020 vacation

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The owner was great at communication and very accommodating with all of our requested. We’d definitely recommend staying here and we plan on coming back soon

Perfect Hermosa Experience

We came for a month to escape the summer heat -and we highly recommend Connie's house. You will never find a more responsive home owner. She genuinely cares about your experience. The house had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Having a garage meant we could park and not worry about it. We rarely used our car as restaurants, shopping and the beach were all less than a 10 minute walk. The beautiful and shaded Valley Trail is a few feet away and we walked it multiple times daily. The back porch was the perfect spot for coffee in the mornings, meals at the table and beverages sitting around the fire table. When I casually mentioned to Connie that she was down to 5 teaspoons, she ordered more that very second. We will be booking here again !!!

Property is over priced for condition and location

Experience was ok, however a bit disappointing. It is listed as “pet friendly” so if anyone has ANY animal allergies at all, please reconsider. Something in this place made my eyes completely swell up. I have a dog (and he was with us there for a week)but I don’t have any allergic problems with him, so I’m not sure what I could have had a reaction to. We had to leave early because I couldn’t get any relief from the itch and swelling in my eyes. When we arrived there was a car parked in our garage so we couldn’t park our cars right away. The police came because we had to park in the street to unload. Place appeared clean and beds were comfortable. The freezer never froze anything . Ice melted and food remained cold, but soft. A large picture over the master bed fell down in the middle of the night scaring us half to death. Velcro didn’t hold up apparently. Location was ok but a longer walk to the beach than expected and there are zero views of the ocean from duplex. Roof top gathering area with grill is not super useful since you have to go through the master bedroom to get there. It is not outside the kitchen or family room. Grill needs to be cleaned and there needs to be better cleaning utensils for it. Washer and dryer are shared with duplex neighbors, and that should be noted. Lots of early morning construction going on around this neighborhood. We have stayed in many homes (Hermosa and Manhattan Beaches) with same or less price point but Newer and in better condition and in more enviable locations. We treat our rentals homes the way we treat our own home here in AZ., with much care. This home needs more care.

I am so sorry to hear you had an unpleasant experience while in our Hermosa Beach home. I did not realize the freezer was not working when you stayed. I did order a new refrigerator and freezer to replace the old one. Unfortunately, I have no idea who had parked in the garage on your side. That is very unusual for someone else to park in our garage. Sorry to hear you had to deal with that. I can imagine that was very frustrating. We do make sure all pet hair is removed after we have a furry guest. I haven't had any other complaints regarding allergies but will make sure we do an even deeper cleaning next time a pet stays. Fortunately the neighbors construction has been completed so we do have a break now from early morning construction.

Hermosa Beach House

This is a great place to stay when visiting Hermosa Beach! It's a short walk down to the Hermosa pier, and also a short walk up to PCH, with a Trader Joe's, breakfast cafe, and other places nearby. The master bedroom is amazing, with a nice bathroom, spa tub, and a roof deck. The bunk bed room has four beds, great for kids or people that don't mind sharing a room, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make breakfast.

Connie's place was the perfect location for our group of 8. The property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed. Walk to the beach was easy. Connie was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Great base for a stay in Hermosa Beach!

Enjoyed our stay

Loved the location of the property and the space. Walking distance to beach, coastal bike path, restaurants and shops. Property was right next to a field where the locals bring their dogs to play. Very convenient as we brought our dog. We had 6 people traveling and plenty of room. House could use some additional cleaning and replacement of some dishware (coating on pots was coming off). Despite this, we enjoyed our stay.

Hermosa Beach Vacation

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful beach property! The house was so large and bright and perfect for us. We loved the easy walk to the beach, riding our bikes for miles and all the eating and relaxing. We will definitely be back. Thank you Connie for this wonderful vacation in your lovely home.

Great House and Location for a Girls Weekend!

We stayed here for a college reunion girls weekend! We had 9 girls and there was plenty of space for us! The rooftop is great for breakfast and dinner/cocktails! Kitchen was well stocked, there were beach towels, and chairs you could take to the beach. Super close walk to the beach and downtown Hermoso Beach, host communicated well and let us check in early! Also room for three cars in the garage which was great!

Great home, very clean and spacious!

This home was a great find in Hermosa Beach. It’s a little farther from the beach than we thought (maybe a 10 min walk), but was doable. The deck does not overlook the ocean, it goes off the back of the property to other homes and there is not an ocean view. However, the home is specious, stocked with all the necessities and very clean. I’d definitely book it again. Connie is also fantastic, responds quickly and very accommodating.

Amazing home! I was reluctant to book since their were no reviews yet. I am glad I took the chance!. Connie's beach house is better then the description. Beautiful home the pictures don't do it justice. Location was fantastic easy walk to everything- beach, pier, and tons of restaurants. The open concept provided plenty of space for our group of 8 to congregate and relax. The space was very bright with lots of sun light. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Plenty of closet space. Every night we enjoyed some wine and cheese on the rooftop deck around the fire table. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook. Including condiments, oils, seasonings, coffee, creamer and a basket of snacks and cereals. Loved the huge table on the deck we created some real feasts. Parking was easy, space for 3 cars. Once we arrived we never used our car. Connie was great with communication and accommodating us. This was a perfect beach get away. Would 100% recommend. Can't wait to come back! Thinking this will be a new annual tradition.

I lived in Hermosa Beach for 20 years. We bought this property when I was pregnant with our first child. We loved living here for it was one of the few quiet streets in the "Sand Section" of Hermosa Beach. Loved being able to walk to the beach and pier. Take my dog to the park to play or the green belt for a run. Relaxing on the deck and enjoying the fresh ocean breeze. Watching movies in front of the fireplace.
