The King bedroom boasts a luxurious bed, while the sleeping patio roof room offers a cozy twin bed, perfect for a small traveler or a single. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials you need to cook fantastic meals, including a dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and blender.
Take in the vibrant culture of the area, where brick-lined streets, historic homes, palm trees, and excellent dining options surround you. Savor local cuisine and drinks at nearby restaurants and bars, stroll through parks, visit museums, or bike to downtown St. Petersburg's waterfront. If you're up for a beach day, you'll be just a short drive from the pristine sands of St. Pete Beach, NorthShore Beach, and Treasure Island Beach.
When you're ready to unwind, head back to your rental and relax in the large courtyard, complete with a hammock, a Weber BBQ, and patio seating. In addition, a shared outdoor waterfall/wading pool offers the perfect spot to cool off and relax after a long day of exploring.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

The courtyard to this home is just amazing when I saw it with the old Agusta Bricks I couldn't resist buying it.. the house needed a lot of work but it has been a great and fun ride and now i am happy to share it with you!
