Fun and beautifully renovated 1910 historic one bedroom rental in a fabulous neighborhood! Off-street parking, private entrance- the entire apartment is yours to enjoy! Restaurants, shopping, and world famous beaches close by ! Rest easy in the comfortable King bed after visiting downtown St Pete sites (restaurants, museums, shops, craft breweries!) or after spending the day at the Beach! Full kitchen W/Netflix, wifi+cable at the house!

Historic charm with modern convenience and comfort. Off street parking!

There are also bicycle lanes right outside for those seeking more adventurous travel. Nearby Crescent Lake has a 1.5 mile walking trail to provide exercise as well as relaxation- north shore pool is just a mile away.. Uber and left both service the area too the bus line goes straight to downtown just a few blocks away

The house was perfect! Very clean, excellent location, great parking, comfortable bed. I have not one complaint! When I come back into town I will definitely be staying at the Peacock!!

Such an adorable place!

We loved our stay at The Peacock. The decor was adorable and it felt very welcoming! It was a great location to get anywhere we wanted for our weekend stay! We will definitely stay again next time we're in St. Pete!

Comfy stay

The bungalow was in a convenient location to everything , shops, restaurants , downtown and beaches. Had a comfortable stay . Always alot going on in town to explore.

Pros: good location, comfortable set up for beds. Cons: unit is on a busy 4- lane road and there are emergency vehicles and traffic noise late into the night and early in the morning. More important: the bathroom door wouldn’t shut. I let the host know and she asked me to vacate (!) when I asked for a refund for one day well before our last day. She then proceeded to send me a dozen messages. Someone showed up to fix the door at 9 am the next morning. It still had a quarter-inch gap in the door from the dooorknob to the floor.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad you found the accommodations comfortable and appreciated the location and bikes. I would like to clarify a few points for future guests. The rental is on a side street, not a four-lane road, and the bedroom is at the rear of the property. A sound machine is also provided. The bathroom door gap was reported Wednesday evening. Maintenance arrived at the agreed-upon time of approximately 9:00 AM the next morning. The door was repaired and closes properly now with no gap. When a refund for the stay was requested, I offered early departure with a refund as an option if the guest was uncomfortable remaining. She was never asked to leave for reporting a problem. She and her son remained for their stay, and both reported issues were promptly addressed.

St. Pete was great

Great location - nice dog park right down the street, and many locations (craft beer, restaurants, etc.) are very close by and accessible by bicycle. Quiet and safe neighborhood as well. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here and Lisa was very responsive. The little historic home was lovely. It’s close to everything and Clearwater beach 20-30 minutes away. We had a great time.

Great location!

The host was very nice and the house had everything you need. Location was perfect for those who like to walk to bars and restaurants. There was even a dog park nearby to let your pup burn off some steam.

I manage two beautiful properties, Pagbeachhouse and stpetevacationRental, located in two distinct areas - Pass-a-Grille Beach (a part of St Pete Beach) and St Petersburg (just 15 minutes away from each other). My properties are listed on multiple booking sites as well as available for direct booking.

I'm a proud mother of a fantastic young adult, and we love to travel, explore new destinations, and stay active. Personally, I've completed 8 Ironman races! In our home, we have a charming black miniature poodle named Charlie, and two adorable kitties - Tiger and Percy.

I believe in living life to the fullest, and my family and I enjoy all the wonderful activities that our area has to offer. Por qué eligió esta propiedad

One of the oldest houses in the area & I didn't want to see it torn down. In order to help rehabilitate it and the extreme costs to do so I thought it would be great to bring some of the old home history to those visiting St Pete! The area is awesome with restaurants just steps away and with bikes anyone can explore this fabulous city
