Brand new 1 bedroom apartment built above our garage

The apartment is new with a modern design and a clean look. There is a private entrance and large balcony for you to enjoy. There is a full kitchen with all the the amenities, along with a blow up queen mattress for living room if you need to sleep 2 additional guests. We are 1.5 miles to Huntington beach, 2.3 miles to Newport beach, 4.7 miles to John Wayne airport. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm are less than a 30 min drive. There are many restaurants, bars and stores within minutes of our house with Uber and Lyft available quickly if you do not have a car.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The vibe of the area was perfect for our family—peaceful yet close enough to the ocean and local shopping. We especially loved the kitchen, which allowed us to prepare and enjoy home-cooked meals together. The outdoor patio was a great spot for dining and relaxing. The homeowners were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Very nice property. Just as shown on the VRBO site. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were courteous and very responsive when I lost the key on my first day there. We'll be back to revisit.

Costa Mesa getaway

Perfect spot for our little trip. This oversized 1 bedroom has everything you need and more. Close to great restaurants, local shops and the beach! Our hosts Michelle and Greg were wonderful they even made recommendations on their favorite local places to eat. We will definitely stay here on our next trip.

Nice new place, convenient location

Very nice, newly built apartment above the garage with a spacious outdoor patio for eating. Parking was plentiful and easy. The location was central to the Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa, and Newport Beach area. We hope to come again!

Lovely roomie VRBO

The property was spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well equipped and great for cooking. The king size was comfortable too. We enjoyed visiting the beach areas as well as visits to our children. It was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to return.

Great place to stay!

The apartment was clean, modern, and cozy! We took our small dog with us and the patio area attached was a great place to hangout with him. Also, the king bed was a plus! The only downside I would say is there was just a shower and not a shower/tub combination as listed. It was also a short drive to Huntington Dog Beach which we all loved!

had a week trip to costa mesa, found this property that was located perfect for me. i stayed with my dog, he also enjoyed the place. close to everything, good parking and all the utilities work good. i definitely recommend to anyone this property, and i will be back for sure.

Nice and Quiet

This property can only be described as first class—all new appliances and wonderful amenities in a well decorated yet cozy apartment. Greg and his wife were very friendly. We highly recommend staying here

The apartment is brand new and very private. There is plenty of space for up to 4 people with flat screen TV's, good WiFi, AC and heat, large shower, and a washer/dryer. The balcony seats 6 with umbrellas for shade and is a good place to read or have a cup of coffee. There is plenty of street parking and our house is well lit throughout the night.
