Enjoy a discount for stays of 7 nights or more throughout the year!

This beautiful studio is located just three houses from the beach and is within walking distance of many excellent restaurants, shops, bars, and live music venues. You will have a private entrance that leads to a spacious bedroom suite, which includes a queen bed, a bathroom, a reading area, a mini fridge, coffee, and a desk. On the patio, you will have full access to a table and chairs. Please note that there is ongoing construction next door to this property.

We had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment in Newport Beach! The location was perfect—just one block from the beach and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The studio was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Having a designated parking spot was a huge bonus and made getting around so much easier.Our hosts were incredibly responsive and even met us when we arrived, making check-in smooth and welcoming. We absolutely loved the area and enjoyed being able to walk to so many places. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great Newport Beach getaway!

I highly recommend this bungalow. The location is fantastic. It’s clean and the property manager managers are so responsive. I would’ve given him 10 stars if possible!!!

A beautiful and heartwarming stay. The studio is simple but exceptionally comfortable, with a very cozy bed. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of love into the details. I like the peaceful yard，it has a nostalgic charm that reminded me of home. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway！

When I was looking for a place to stay it was very cool and the place was walking distance from where family members were going to stay. When it said you would have a patio, I never dreamed the patio would be a very small part of a larger area that belonged to the owners. August is very hot in Southern CA…for future guests there is no AC and no cross ventilation possible because the upper windows are nailed permanently shut. They give you 2 very weak fans. (we brought two more fans from home, but the vaulted ceilings made it almost impossible to cool the room)The refrigerator needs to be replaced… it is like a dorm sized refrigerator.If you go in the winter, maybe it would be better, not sure.Next time I try to find a place in Orange County I am going to go look at it…we live fairly close by.

Beautiful secluded getaway

Your beautiful secluded getaway was perfect for me. Nicely decorated & comfortable with thoughtful amenities provided; just literally minutes from the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay near the beach!

Had a very nice stay near the beach. Unit was very clean, spacious for two, and loved the fact that it had parking (albeit tight), a newly remodeled bathroom, semi-private patio, and beach items, i.e., chairs, umbrella, soft cooler. Listing was accurate, property management company very nice and responsive, and with its close proximity to the beach, we couldn’t have asked for more. Would happily stay again and recommend to others!

Great Experience

Awesome one bedroom, he friends at a house nearby but this was a great spot to come back and rest and sleep before going back out for more fun. Great job!
