Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs apartment within walking distance of the beach!
Vaulted ceilings, large deck with gas BBQ, private entrance and a fully equipped and recently remodeled kitchen.
Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants and shops. Short drive to Fashion Island shopping mall, Pelican Hill Golf Course, Crystal Cove State Beach, Balboa Island and much more.
A perfect Holiday spot for couples or families! Beach towels and beach chairs available for your use.

There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio downstairs available that sleeps two. See VRBO listing # 739255.

Also if you would like to visit Joshua Tree National Park during your visit, I have 2 - newly remodeled, 1 bedroom units, very near the Park and walking distance from downtown Joshua Tree- See VRBO Listing # 2482603 and # 2482040.

Villa Del Mar was a glorious stay. Sparkling clean and spacious accommodation. Parking was easy and super safe. Colleen was a delightful accommodating host ! Location is superb ! We will choose this quiet apt above all others ! Enjoy

100% location. The town is beautiful and the main home has charming curb appeal. The VRBO was exactly as described. The host left snacks, water, and samples in the bathroom, which was a nice. We hope to stay here again soon.

Fantastic location!!! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were nicely remodeled and very well supplied. The host thought of every possible amenity we could need.

Beautiful little villa that worked great for 3 adults. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated, and fun gift baskets upon arrival. Colleen was a great host and easy to communicate with. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and coffee shops. We loved the balcony area for morning coffee and an evening BBQ/dinners. Such a beautiful location and we look forward to staying here again next time we are in the area!!

Loved our stay at Villa Del Mar! It was perfect for our needs. Very clean! Host was very responsive. Street parking was easy - no problems. Lots of nearby restaurants to walk to. We didn’t use the washer and dryer this visit. Looking forward to the next time we can visit Villa Del Mar!!

Best location. Corona Del Mar is delightful community inside the larger Laguna area.Property was close to beach and restaurants. We ate in #1 restaurant rated on the internet that was just a block or so away.Deck was great for relaxing. Cozy bed and pull-out sofa bed for third adult. Kitchen was useful and well stocked: two coffee makers with all the coffee we could ever use, plus a great basket of snacks to enjoy. The bathroom was stocked with free samples of "beauty products" to try. Easy to open door. Street parking just around the corner getting the best space on both days of our visit. Needed an extra supply of something missing, and the cleaner brought it over very quickly. Place was spotless. Can't wait to go back! Great location for attending the Pageant of the Masters in Laguna Beach.....an icon event that I have attended about once every ten years for the past 50 years. All of our party of three loved every minute of our visit to this special part of CA.John Wayne airport is so convenient from the property. Easy to pick up and drop off passengers coming or going to Laguna Beach. Highly recommend!

Everything was perfect and lovely! We got in super late and had a hard time locating property but a very friendly neighbor helped and the rest was smooth sailing!
