Please note the address in listing is a near by address to prevent drive by and protect current guests. We give exact address close to arrival to protect the privacy of our current guests.
Beautiful upgraded house in the middle of Old Littleton Town. Walk less than a mile to Downtown Littleton for a bite to eat, coffee or drink, or to catch the Littleton Light Rail Station to be in 20 min in Downtown Denver. House is furnished with 2 Queen/Full beds and a couch in main area. Living room with a Smart TV with Sling, Netflix also Antenna. Fast WiFi. Quiet backyard to relax after a day of visiting or sightseeing.

Address of listing is one close by, to protect the safety of current guests we provide the exact address day of check in.
Easy access to Littleton Museum, Platte River Trails, Parks, Santa Fe Ave. to C470 Sky resorts, Red Rocks, Mountains. Private parking on Driveway or Street. For your safety we have a Ring camera in the back facing the backyard.

We rely on a local service and our unreliable weather to keep our backyard, due to this we don't include the yard as amenity, as such please don't let the length of the grass or leaves on driveway to influence your review. You are welcome to use our outdoor patio set on our covered patio. Please don't wander pass our outdoor patio by our garden shed, or behind it, that's our private area where we keep pets, garden items and our old grill.

I would like to remind guests that you are visiting Littleton a Mountain suburb, as such we have wildlife, feral cats, raccoons, squirrels and other rodents, foxes, coyotes, snakes, spiders, mosquitos, wasp, bees, the list goes on, that may visit our open yard. Please don't hurt our score because you encountered wildlife passing by.

We understand plans change, but there will not be refunds for early check out as we can't fill the dates after your reservation has started.

Will Stay Here Again!

Great location and nice property

The property was extremely clean and the furnishing were very updated. The neighborhood was great (quiet and convenient). The host was very responsive and proactively communicated all along the way. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

A quiet place to stay

The property was well maintained and the owner was very responsive to our needs. It was nice to go for a walk in the neighborhood. The decor of the home was tasteful and well thought out.

Cute place

Comfortable, convenient cottage with no check-out housekeeping chores required. That alone is worth 5 stars! Great location for Littleton and Denver activities.

Great location

The comfortable home is in a nice residential neighborhood with easy access to touring in the Denver area. Also within walking distance to quaint downtown Littleton with nice restaurants and shops. There is also a Light Rail station that connects to Denver’s public transportation system

The host was very responsive to texts. She got inside the house easily. The kitchen met all of our needs: good refrigerator, codrefrigerator, coffee maker, pots and pans for heating food. WiFi was excellent. There is a nice backyard with comfy chairs and shade—we enjoyed sitting outside in the morning. The neighborhood is lovely for walking. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home base for a family for a trip to Denver

This property was clean, well-stocked, and perfectly located for our family trip to Denver with our 3 and 5 year old kids. It is in a calm area near a grocery store, restaurants, plenty of parks and outside spaces for the kids to run around, and only a short drive to downtown Denver or other attractions like Red Rocks. The host was accommodating and easy to communicate with.Overall, highly recommended if you’re looking for something outside the hustle and bustle of downtown while still being a short drive from everything for a visit to Denver!

Great house and location

Host was most helpful and kind. This is a great safe neighborhood. Easy to get around with lots of food options. Love this little house. It’s updated enough to make it nice and comfortable but still has the charm that’s so warm and inviting. The backyard has a covered patio and is surrounded by trees. Very private. We enjoyed our stay very much

Get away to Denver

The house was comfortable and clean inside. Basic necessities were provided. However, the driveway was extremely overgrown making it difficult to park. Both the front and back yards were also overgrown and filled with weeds. With a little care it would enhance the property.

Great for small family stay during Sparkler tournament

We loved this cute place , bathroom and kitchen totally remodeled and very clean. Beds comfy and TV in the living room with all the streaming services and HBO. At first I was scared that the laundry unit was a combo because of past experiences, but this unit worked great ! The host was really nice and met us at the house at check in. Never had any problems at this house during our week stay.

Long weekend

Me and a few friends came in for a short weekend get away to enjoy a show out at red rocks and this was the perfect location for there and to go around town to all the other things this beautiful city has to offer. What you see is what this house is. Very clean and tidy and has all the amenities you would need. The neighbor it is located in a great neighborhood and made us feel at home and a relaxing in the backyard was a great way to unwind. If we had any questions we could contact the owner and was able to communicate right away. Would recommend to anyone who needs a place out in the area!

The perfect place to stay.

This house was quaint, and super clean. I just recently had a death in my family and wanted to get away somewhere that I could just be surrounded by majestic beauty and peace to just be still and just be. I chose Colorado, and my best friend accompanied me. The house had 2 nice bedrooms and a very nice bathroom with all the amenities and the comforts of home. I spent lots of time sitting in the backyard relaxing and reading books. We saw a few sights and went to a concert, but I mostly enjoyed the peaceful calmness and comfort of the house. It had everything I needed including board games for rainy days. I loved my healing and quiet visit to Colorado , and I really enjoyed this house that made me feel right at home. The owner was very attentive and easy to reach. She even stopped by and offered some suggestions of beautiful places to see.it was very special, and just what I needed. Everything about the house and the experience was wonderful.

Mother daughter get away

We used this as a base to go hiking and visisiting friends in the Colorado area. It was centrally located in Littleton and easy to navigate to restaurants, parks, and on to other areas around Denver.

This house was so convient and close to everything. The owners were amazing , they responded promptly to every thing ... even unlocked our door withiin 20 mins of we locking ourselves out. Clean, set up well... little nice extras

The inside is the house was nicely updated. There was no television, only online streaming. The kitchen was sparsely equipped, but minimal silverware settings. Be prepared to wash dishes after every meal if eating at the house. No hand towels in the kitchen. Bath towels were mismatched and only a few spare towels were provided (two washcloths). The stove was a bit greasy upon arrival and overall could have used a good clean and dusting throughout the house. The beds were comfortable. The windows were covered in black plastic bags that were messily taped to the windows. They did not work to block out the light and kept falling off. The yard was not as advertised. I was traveling with a toddler, so I relied on use of the yard. However, when we arrived the grass was overgrown and the weeds were 2 foot tall throughout the yard. I had to call the manager to get the yard mowed and then she wanted me to contact her son to get it done. Even after it was mowed, there were prickly weeds throughout the yard and in the border of the yard. It was unusable. The outdoor furniture was covered in dirt and pollen. Had to be cleaned before used. The best part of the house was the location and the neighbors were very friendly.

Rocky Mountain Relaxation

I felt at home from the moment I pulled into the driveway. Comfortable house with all the amenities and a lovely yard and patio. Perfect place to enjoy all that Denver has to offer.
