We loved our stay at this home so much! The location was great! We’re able to walk to historic downtown and there is a park across the street. The back patio was great! Everything so clean and comfortable! 10 stars all around! The kitchen was well stocked! When we arrived, it was so inviting w/ soft Music was playing. Can’t wait to come back! The management team did great with everything! Super Charming

This is the most immaculately kept rental we have ever stayed in! We felt safe and comfortable and loved the charming vibe and welcoming outside space. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and the walk to the shops and restaurants was short and pleasant! Weather was beautiful. Loved this part of our trip

Very nice, well maintained home. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings, as well as in the mornings with a cup of coffee. The kitchen was well equipped. If we had been wanting to cook more, there were spices and other items to make that much easier to do. Only 2 blocks to Main St. All in all a great place to stay. Would definitely book this property again. Also, enjoyed the plantings and landscaping around the property. Not a fan of astroturf yards.

What a fantastic, historic house. Incredibly comfortable and homey. The backyard is AMAZING. The location was so great: We walked to dinner on Main Street every night.

Perfect location, comfortable and beautifully decorated for the holiday. We were away from home but felt right at home. We enjoyed the outdoor space & walking distance to everything we needed. We brought our little pup who loved the yard and found a special spot under the tree to lounge.

We had a great stay at Duncan House. The location is excellent- easy walking distance to great restaurants (we highly recommend Smokin Fins) and close to some fantastic running trails. If you run, definitely check out the Mary Carter Greenway.Hosting From The Heart was wonderful to work with—very responsive and genuinely thoughtful hosts. We’d happily stay here again.

Great stay - terrific hosts!

The property is in a great location (walking distance to downtown) and has been upgraded/updated beautifully! Highly recommended! We will stay here again for sure.

It was a beautiful, well-kept house in wonderful neighborhood. A walking distance away from several good spots, and within close proximity of many awesome hiking trails. Can't wait until the next stay!

Awesome place for a family of five

We loved our stay at the Duncan house! The location is perfect, just a block or two walk to the main street in Littleton with lots of restaurants and shops, and quick highway access. Very nicely renovated historic house which comfortably slept our family of five. The hosts were fantastic and responded quickly to any questions and were very helpful and attentive. Great place to stay!

It's such a beautiful remodel isn't it. The owner kept the classic history of the home and added a modern element that makes it an amazing place to call home while in Littleton Colorado.

Absolutely Fabulous

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was perfect for our stay. It was spotless, comfortable and the property manager answered all questions quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was great for a dog. The shops and food were close by and really good. We loved the kitchen and waking up with the sun shinning in. The house was even decorated for the holidays!! My 91 year old mother-in-law loved the home. We will be back!!

Great location and space

The location was wonderful, the space was beautiful, and the service was impeccable. There's were cookies waiting for us when we checked in, multiple types of coffee for the morning, and great communication from the team. I would definitely recommend.

Perfect Getaway

This cute Victorian style home was perfect!! The back patio is beautiful and peaceful. Location is awesome. Such a welcoming feeling when walking through the front door. I live near by and will definitely use this home again. Cant wait f9r an excuse to return. Thanks for the stay!
