Come stay at our little piece of heaven. Bask in the desert sun & take a dip in the refreshing Colorado river. Wakeup and enjoy a full panoramic view of the river, enjoy watching all the watercraft activities, the wildlife & famous Arizona sunsets. With a lot of local hikes, desert trails, and places to explore, we hope you enjoy our relaxing getaway. Considering certain pets with pet deposit, please contact if considering bringing your furry friends during your stay. Plenty of available extra parking across the street & room for watercraft trailers, driveway fits 3 vehicles easily & 1 on upper area. Lots of fun local bars & casino on the water. We had an excellent vacation here. The views are amazing, house worked out perfect. The futon or day bed in the master is smaller than it appears, so that's only good for little kids. We found air matress in the closet and just set up my daughter in the large living room. There are multiple stairs, so that might be an issue for some. We loved being right on the river.. just watch out for some rough wakes. We had no trouble parking our trailers right across the street. We are planning on booking again for next year!

Was what we needed

House is great, AC works wonderufl. The water is right there and the dock creates a little buffer from the wake so you can relax in the water all day if you want. The living room is the best part, huge.. open.. huge windows. The owners were super communicative and worked with us on the small things and questions quickly. We will be coming back.

We Will Be Back!

This beautiful home is in an ideal location. It is a river front property with a dock to secure your watercraft and umbrellas to provide shade. There is plenty of parking and the boat ramp is just a few houses away. We enjoyed how clean, comfortable, and spacious this house is. It has top of the line air conditioning, televisions in all rooms, and is dog friendly. The kitchen is well stocked and there’s a barbecue to use too. Also, the promptness, professionalism, and thoughtfulness of the property managers, Jim and Amanda, added to our amazing family vacation. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!

Awesome Family Trip

We had a great family trip at the river house! There was plenty of room for our group of all ages. We enjoyed hanging out on the dock and the deck area with BBQ was great too! We had just enough beds with one teen on the sofa bed (no complaints!). The river views are awesome from the living room and kitchen area. We brought our jet skis to enjoy the river and although the water was pretty low the boat ramp was a little tricky but once you launch you can leave the skis in the water until it is time to go! That was really nice! We enjoyed our trip and hope to visit again next time we want some river fun! Our family was very comfortable and had a great time.

Christmas on the River

We had a fabulous time together as family celebrating Christmas. Thank you Kim for your promptness in communication and replies. I communicated a few cleanliness issues, however, he has already addressed this and made changes to improve that. When we had a concern w tv not working, he sent his handyman within a short amount of time which was appreciated. Again, we were grateful spend our time his property. We all loved being on the water and beautiful view.

Very excited to be able to stay on the river and have a boat right outside. Overall, the house was cute, a bit rundown on the outside. Checked in on a Sunday and stayed for 8 nights. The trash was already full; trash day is Thursday. We had to take our trash to town for the first five days. TVs in all the rooms; however, only the living room TV worked. The dishwasher did not work. The WiFi password was recently changed, but we were not notified of the change. Online, the Welcome email and host book advertised free WiFi with no password necessary. Got the password on day 5. Response was lagging; I believe the host/owner was out of the country. The oven was dirty. BBQ was very dirty and cooked in Spurts of flames. Three key areas were lacking, especially given the amount paid to stay here.

Best views of the water

Would definitely stay here again. House had great views of the water from living room and kitchen/dining room. Great dock out front was able to have 2 boats tied up too. Lots of parking close to launch ramp. We loved our stay can’t wait till next time

Great Vacation Home

Perfect vacation home with an amazing dock and view of the Colorado river. Top notch location and plenty of parking. Steps from public boat ramp, five minutes from grocery stores, Walmart etc…. This home will accommodate all needs, plenty of space, four bedrooms and the layout provides privacy for all. Highly recommend!!

Once upon a STARRY night

We spent our 2021 Christmas at the river house making new memories! The sunsets are simply spectacular, the dark starry nights & peaceful mornings on the dock are priceless! But then we found plenty of fun & excitement out on the MILES of desert trails w/our RZR. Riding straight from the house to the desert makes it easy. Plenty of parking, easy keypad entry.

Perfect location!

We had 7 Jeeps and all fit in the parking spot. Lots of room across the street, where we could see, for the trucks and trailers. Great communication! We basically used it for the parking space. We couldn’t find anywhere that we could put 7 Jeeps and be able to make sure no one messed with them. We will defiantly come back and stay again. Even though we didn’t come to use the lake, it was nice to sit on the water for lunch. Very peaceful.

Family FUN!

The house was very accommodating. The A/C worked great, beds worked out well, kitchen was well stocked with cooking appliances and utensils, the dock and deck areas worked out great. I highly recommend this rental to everyone! Well done Jim Leek!

River trip

The place was awesome except for the water (huge) cockroaches that go into kitchen area in the evening (come in by dishwasher) other than that it was awesome will definitely be back

Pleasant stay in Parker Az

Our stay here was pleasant. The home is very nice. The cleanliness could use some professional attention. Most of the cushions were not clean and stained/torn. The refrigerator needed attention as well. Some rooms have cobwebs and dust on the ceiling fans. These are just small factors that could be easily fixed by professional cleaning. Otherwise, this home is perfect for large family gatherings. We had a great stay and we all enjoyed ourselves.

Long Weekend in Parker

We had a great time at this property. We had 4 couples and brought our Razr’s. It was great to be able to ride from the house. The view from the river was awesome! We saw some beautiful sunsets! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Guys weekend

The property was amazing. It’s a perfect place for a guys weekend or family time. The kitchen was very well stocked, house very clean and well organized. Parking was not an issue. The boat ramp was nice and close too. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and all 4 of us said we’d be back with our wives and children. Thank you for sharing your home.

Best views on the river!!

Unbeatable views! Sunrise out front, sunsets off the deck!! Best Picts! Could use a little love in cleaning department. Kitchen drawers needed attention. Only complaint and feel bad about even mentioning that!! Home is inviting, best for entertaining and location is unbeatable. Home owner is easiest to deal with. So flexible with our mishaps. We’d love love to rent again!!
