Racquet Club Villa 2330 is a one bedroom condo located just a short walk from Harbour Town in Sea Pines, HILTON HEAD ISLAND'S PREMIERE BEACH AND GOLF RESORT. The villa features:

• 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathrooms that Sleeps 4

• Complex Swimming Pool (not heated)
• Complex Tennis Courts
• Bedding: King bed & Queen Sleeper Sofa
• 2 Flat Screen Televisions
• 2nd Floor Condo – Accessible by 13 Stairs (no elevator)

The living room has a large flat screen TV, as well as access to the private deck that overlooks the lagoon on Heron Point Golf Course. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a Keurig coffee maker, and opens up to the dining room. Additional amenities include wireless internet and a private washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a luxury mattress on the king bed and a TV. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for extra sleeping area. This particular condo is located on the second floor, which is accessed by stairs.

Racquet Club Villas are located on the Heron Point golf course, very close to the shopping, dining and marina activities in Harbour Town. This complex offers an outdoor swimming pool and on-site clay tennis courts. Racquet Club guests may either take a short drive to the beach or catch the complimentary Sea Pines beach trolley (seasonal). Beach Access Information: Guests often access the beach via the Sea Pines Beach Club, which offers restaurants, a beach bar and restroom facilities. The Beach Club is free to use, but in May 2018 Sea Pines implemented $10/day parking fee during the summer (Memorial Day – Labor Day); you can still access the Club by bicycle or Trolley for free (seasonal). An alternative “free” beach parking option is Coligny Beach Park - located outside the back gate of Sea Pines. Coligny has restrooms, changing rooms and a fun splash pad for kids.

Sea Pines is the largest and best known of the Island’s vacation destinations, this 5,000-acre resort includes the Harbour Town Links of the RBC Heritage fame, as well as Hilton Head’s iconic candy-striped lighthouse. Guided horseback rides with Lawton Stables Equestrian Center take guests into the 605-acre forest preserve, while the bustling marinas at South Beach and Harbour Town offer shopping, dolphin cruises, kayak rentals and sunset dinners. Sea Pines is bordered by both the Atlantic Ocean and the Calibogue Sound, providing miles of unspoiled beachfront access.

Perfect for what we needed it for.

We came in town to go to a wedding and play golf. The rental we stayed at served our purpose and everything was in walking distance, which made it nice.. the property was budget friendly but could’ve used a little updating. But all in all a good experience.

Short NYE trip

Condo is what we expected from the Racquet Club Villas. A bit roomier than other one-bedrooms. Short walk to Harbour Town and Sea Pines Center. We cook in most days, and stove didn't function day 1, but repairman came day 2 and got it working. Gate pass into Sea Pines was supposed to be waiting for us, but we ended up having to purchase one (still hoping for reimbursement on that). We were there over New Year's, so communication was pretty timely for a holiday period.

Needs alittle updating

The condo was in great proximity to everything. We road bikes everywhere and going out to dinner was always a short drive. The Condo needed some updating, and a few drywall repairs and paint would be nice. There was a hole in the bathroom drywall next to the toilet. All in all a very nice condo just could use alttle updating. Thanks for letting us stay.

Great for a small family

We loved our long weekend at this property. The view from the porch is 5 stars alone. It is a very clean and comfortable spot, close to everything we love in Hilton Head. Great for a small family, especially if you’re bringing a travel crib for a little one. Plenty of room to set it up in the bedroom and enjoy a little tv before calling it a night yourself.

Clean on the outside but

The good :Great location! Walk to all Harbour Town has to enjoy in minutes! At first glance was clean and nice but a little dated ! But that's okay, it's a lower cost last minute rental The not so good : The arms on the couch and chairs in the living room were filthy / greasy. The sliding door Blinds were damaged and missing the part needed to open and shut them. The Teflon coated skillet had deep scratches in the bottom and the spatula had dried on food still on it. During our first night, we started having issues. My wife started having a dry cough and I..a runny nose. Next day we were out most of the day and felt much better. Later that night symptoms returned. Didn't think too much of it till the end of the following day when we noticed we were feeling much better again and wondered it it could be that maybe we were allergic to something in the condo. I happened to look in the closet by the washer and was HORRIFIED by what i saw. The air handler was just covered in dust. The air filter was completely clogged and was just laying between the wall and the unit and wasn't even the proper size. The air handler itself is almost clogged solid with dust and who knows what else and possibly a fire hazard when the heat gets turned on this fall season. According to the maintenance sticker on the air handler the last time it was serviced was 2/13/19. We considered calling the host. The reason why we didn't was that year old issues never were taken care of anyway. took many photos !!

Quiet and homey trip

This condo to be really pleasant and quiet! It was really clean and we found the little touches to be nice. It is definitely a bit of an older property, but it honestly made it feel more homey. We were able to access Harbour Town really easily and rent bikes to explore the rest of the island with ease. I appreciated all of the communication from David and he didn't leave me with any unanswered questions. Thanks so much, we will definitely come back!

Great location & property manager

We just left our stay & had a great trip. Quiet area, central to Sea Pines & within a few minutes of the beach club. We had great communication before the trip with the property manager. The building itself could have been cleaner, when we arrived we had to wipe the door, key pad, & sweep the outdoor entryway off because it was so messy with bugs & leaves/foliage. The complex outside smelled like rotten egg outside but wasn’t an issue inside the condo nor the rest of sea pines. I think it was awesome that the complex had the beach trolley coming thru every 20 min onsite, even if we didn’t utilize it. The bed was comfy & water for showers was hot, all that really mattered to us. There were a few alligators in the waterway near the complex so that was cool! Typical HHI sight if you visit often. Having access to a washer & dryer in unit was super helpful too! Would recommend if needing a cost friendly Sea Pines location.

Perfect for attending a wedding

The property was exactly as described. The proximity to the wedding events was amazing! It is always nice to have room to spread out, not just a small hotel room. The condo complex was quiet and well maintained. The unit we stayed in could use some updating but that did not affect our stay.

Would come again!

My husband and I stayed here during the May long weekend, when we booked we wanted a clean place to stay that was close to where we were going. I think this condo was just want we needed, it was clean maybe a little out to date but we didn’t care about that! We loved that it came with a balcony so we could have our morning coffee on it, water pressure was good and it had everything you needed in that kitchen and we did think the bed was comfortable we thought it was nice that they had a king size bed! We wouldn’t mind at all renting again in the same place! It was easy to get into when checking in and even though the property manager took a couple days to get back to us he answered our questions was very nice and always gave us the info we needed! If your not looking for a fancy spot and just want somewhere cool and clean to stay while your out adventuring then I do recommend this place it has everything you need with that extra touch of home :)

Wonderful Stay

Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds, beautifully maintained, upstairs quiet condo within a very short distance from Harbour Town. We used the kitchen to cook breakfast and dinner so we could save on going out to eat. We visited the Hilton Head Distillery, the Coastal Discory Museum, and the Lighthouse Museum during our stay. Highly recommend!

Racquet Club Condo

Lived here for 6 months. Comfortable for two adults. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing cooking meals. Small deck overlooks alligator pond. Location perfect walk to Harbortown Marina, SeaPines shops, and SeaPines Coast beach. There’s a network of paved bike walking paths. Three miles to Harris Teeters or Publix. Found the unit to be quiet and peaceful.

Hilton Head Condo

Property was comfortable and fairly clean. Several items need fixing, curtain in living room, hole in bathroom, scratches on floor in living room. Generally needs to be updated. Good for the price. Bed very clean and comfortable.
