Brand new chic furnishings in a beautiful Naples Park pool home! The house is located less than one mile from Delnor-Wiggins State Beach. The home has all of the most up-to-date conveniences, great southern exposure, and a 500 block Naples Park location.
Three bedrooms and three full baths plus a den with an open floor plan with wonderful upgrades.
The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, and has granite countertops, upgraded cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and accent lighting. You’ll have everything you need to host an intimate meal or a small party.
There is seating for eight at the dining room table, and four at the breakfast bar. There is a brand new sectional sofa in the living room to enjoy the 60" television.

Enjoy swimming in our private heated saltwater pool! The lanai is wonderful and super private with full fencing and lush landscaping, and very inviting with beautiful pavers and plenty of seating.

Enjoy grilling by the pool with our Weber propane grill!

The first Master suite is a lovely retreat with a new king-sized bed, a flat screen television, and separate access to the pool. The master bath has an oversized walk-in shower and double sinks . The second master also has a brand new king sized bed, TV, and an adjacent bath. The third bedroom has a queen bed with an adjacent bath and a flat screen television. There is also a den which can be used as a fourth bedroom with a twin trundle bed and a desk for the laptop (if you must!). Sleeps eight in all!

We have everything you’ll need for the beach as well, with beach towels, sand chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. We also have three bikes for rides to the beach or to any of the nearby shopping and restaurants.

This home is close to beaches, upscale dining, shopping and entertainment! Just pack your swimsuit and enjoy the ultimate Naples lifestyle when you visit!

We really enjoy every minute in the house. Thank you Terre for your hospitality and for been in line all the time. We will back soon !! For everybody whor reads this lines. Do not miss to spend some days / weeks in Terre´s house. It is less than a mile to the beach. You can go wallking (15 min) or mounting a bike (5 min) (the house has three) or by car, as you prefer. The pool is perfect and the grill at home is a must to prepare burguers, meets, salmon, hot dogs so whatever you like. We enjoy our stance at Terre´s house.

Rental property

Outstanding rental home. Perfect floor plan. It might be the best rental home we have stayed at in the Vanderbilt area. I highly recommend it to everyone. The only negative, and it is minor, is that I would check the master bedroom shower head. The flow is very weak. Again, outstanding property!

Great getaway

What an amazing home! Location is perfect. It’s about a 15min walk to the beach or a 2 min drive. The home was clean. Pool was super warm and clean as well. WiFi lighting fast. Garage had space for a large suv. It was stocked with beach chairs, toys and umbrellas. Thank you for hosting us.

Great house in excellent locatiom

The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, including sugar and other spices left behind. The house was exactly as it looked in the photos and was in say walking distance to the beach. Kudos to the owner for her transparent communication about beach access after Hurticane Milton! We hope to come back for another stay!

Wonderful Family-Friendly Retreat

This home was perfect for our family vacay!! From the moment we arrived, we were pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the property. The bathrooms were clean, and the bedrooms were set up with fresh linens and ample storage space. The conveniences offered here were a real highlight for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped with appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. It also included all beach necessities so there was no need to purchase or travel with items such as beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, etc. The location couldn't have been better for our family outings. We were just a short drive or bike ride away from the beach, and had easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. Parking was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and family-friendly. Communication with the host was easy during booking as well as during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Naples and hope to visit again soon!

Great rental in Naples Park

If you are looking for a rental with plenty of space, close to Delnore Wiggins Park and Vanderbilt Beach, this is the place to rent. The house is well equipped, beautifully decorated and has a great pool. We found it easy to get to grocery stores, restaurants and the beach. Terre is a super host and was easy to get in touch with. Comfortable beds and furniture, well stocked kitchen, great bedding, and towels. Bikes available for your ride to the beach. Our family of 8 had plenty of room.

Perfect Stay for Family

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean and a perfect stay for our group. Plenty of space for our family. The kids loved having a pool and pool toys. It is in a perfect location for beach, food and shopping.

Perfect!

Traveled with my 2 kids under 3, my spouse and my parents 70+. Was a perfect getaway, house was pristine & spacious, location was ideal and our communication with property owner, Terre for last minute questions was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend and would love to return!

Excellent place and location

Perfect house and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Close to the beaches, Mercato, and a 15-20 minute drive to downtown. The kids loved the pool and all the amenities as well. I’d stay here again for sure it’s a family place or a couples paradise. Quiet area at night and fun for all.

Naples Park

This was an awesome home. The rooms were beautifully appointed. The location was perfect, just a short walk or bike ride to Vanderbuilt beach. There were bikes, and beach equipment with a beautiful heated pool. The host , Terry was very responsive to our needs. A great week! It as a wonderful week

Strandnahes Haus mit schönem Swimmingpool

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt mit Kindern und Enkelkindern. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung, nahe am Strand und dem Wiggins Park. Es gab zahlreiches Strandspielzeug für die Kinder. Leider funktionierte die Pool Heizung in der 2. Woche nicht. Unsere Enkelkinder waren da schon wieder weg, deshalb war es nicht ganz so schlimm. Terre ist eine hervorragende Gastgeberin, sie hat sich bei jeder Frage sofort gemeldet und eine Lösung gesucht, uns u.a. angeboten, den Swimmingpool in einem anderen Haus zu nutzen !! Die möchten sehr gerne in Zukunft wiederkommen.

AC not working ruined our stay

I went with my family to Naples to enjoy our summer vacation. During our first night we started to feel that the house was very warm. The next morning and to our surprise, we discover that the AC was down. By the way, I need to mention that it's Florida and you can imagine what it is to be in Florida without an AC. We had seniors and children in our party. We tried multiple times to contact the person in charge never to receive an answer to our calls or messages. The thermostat showed 79*F. It was only the day after when her technician showed up telling us that the AC had been previously temporarily repaired because it had to be replaced. That is to say that the house was rented even though they knew that the AC was not working properly. We had to leave the property early, previous to our departure date. And that ruined our vacations. No refund was issued

Beautiful Home

The home was exactly as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Perfect size for our family of 4. Cleanliness is extremely important to us and this home was one of cleanest homes we've stayed in. We expect to rent this home again in the future.

We are Terre and Phil, full-time Naples residents since 2012. We have a 23-year-old daughter who is in Biotech in Boston. We moved here twelve years ago from the San Francisco Bay Area.
We enjoy travel, dining out with family and friends; and boating, fishing and swimming in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

This home is very spacious, with a very comfortable open floor plan. The pool is large, with Southern exposure. The lanai and yard are fenced in and very private. As soon as you enter the front door, you'll feel like you're getting away from it all.

So close to the beach! Less than a mile to DelNor Wiggins beach - Just a minute or two more to get to Vanderbilt Beach. It’s a great location as well with shopping, restaurants, and nightlife all nearby.
