I offer a beautiful studio condominium right on the Fayetteville Square! Located in the heart of the entertainment and social district of Fayetteville, this 2nd story art condo is surrounded by scenic windows overlooking the square. Just a few steps out the door and guests will find the farmers market on weekends as well as a variety of dining and shopping. Only a short walk from the the Walton Arts Center, downtown, and everything else Dickson street has to offer! Also close to the University of Arkansas campus!

Artsy loft style right in the town square! The bed was comfy and very stylish decors. Close proximity to restaurants and farmers market and good covered parking near by.

The location was amazing. It was a cute place for 2 people. It says it sleeps 3, but that person would be on an air mattress or the couch that doesn’t pull out. For 2, it is perfect. Being right downtown is great, and we appreciated the garage parking nearby.

Great Llcation

This property has everything you need, close to the action of Dickson St and great restaurants yet out of the hustle and bustle so you can get some great sleep! Laundry is a bonus!

Perfect spot

I truly enjoyed my stay in this cozy downtown spot. There are so many restaurants to enjoy on the same street and it is close to everything. I look forward to a return visit!

Cozy and Convenient

Right in the middle of everything but so cozy and private. Perfect for a couple in town to see family. Enjoyed walking everywhere.

Great Location

We enjoyed our recent stay at the Artist's Studio in Fayetteville. If you want to be close to the square, this is the place to stay. The owner was friendly and their communications were excellent.
