This single-level home is full of sunlight and thoughtful style, with lofty ceilings, exposed redwood beams, and vintage French furnishings. You can sip your morning coffee on a deck that runs the length of the house, spend the afternoons at Cooks Beach (one mile south on Highway 1), and come home to grill on the patio and watch movies on the Smart Roku TV.

You'll find this home a quarter-mile stroll from the charming village of Anchor Bay, a warm, sunny coastal community known as the 'banana belt' of Mendocino County. The well-stocked Anchor Bay Store and a few restaurants are within an easy walk, and downtown Gualala - home to Trinks Cafe, the Surf Market, Four-Eyed Frog Books, and several art galleries - is only three miles south.

Beachcombers, hikers, and other outdoor enthusiasts will also find Fish Rock Beach less than a mile north, Gualala Point Regional Park (a prime spot for whale watching) four miles south, and spectacular sunsets at Point Arena Lighthouse 15 miles north.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
