This bright, single-level home is located at the beautiful north end of Sea Ranch, right on the western boundary of the Sea Ranch Golf Links. Walk a few minutes down the road to watch the waves crash at Gualala Point, take morning hikes along the oceanfront Bluff Trail, and look for passing whales at Gualala Point Regional Park.

Seemingly designed for a romantic weekend or a couples' retreat, this home is an open, sun-filled space for enjoying the wild Northern California Coast. Wake up each morning to read the newspaper in the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace (logs are provided), prepare freshly ground coffee and homemade waffles in the kitchen (with a dishwasher), and gather around the dining table to admire the views and use the free WiFi to post photos of the morning's sunrise.

Hit the links at the neighboring golf course, visit the Del Mar Recreation Center to practice your tennis serve and recuperate in the sauna, or simply curl up with a good book in an Adirondack chair on the deck. Keep an eye open for harbor seals as you walk your dogs on the Bluff Trail (please note that a two-dog maximum applies), and come home to soak in the private hot tub, toss your bathing suits in the washer/dryer, and gather in the living room for a night of cable, HBO, DVD, and Blu-ray favorites on the flatscreen TV.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
