There is a King size bed in the master bedroom and TV along with an ensuite bathroom with a step-in shower. No need to overpack, there is a washer and dryer right in the condo. The second bedroom has 2 Double beds, a ceiling fan, and a TV. The third bedroom has 2 Twin beds and a ceiling fan. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have views of the Intracoastal Waterway across the street. The hallway bathroom has a tub/shower. Perfect for getting the sand off the kiddos! There is FREE Long Distance calling to US and Canada and FREE secure WiFi in the condo. Separate check-in location: Before going to the condo, guests must check in at the Plumlee Vacation Rental office at 411 2nd Street in Indian Rocks Beach. Your welcome packet will include your unit access information, parking pass, Wi-Fi details and arrival instructions. The reservation holder must sign the vacation rental agreement and present a government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Late and Sunday arrivals: Guests arriving after 5:30 p.m. or on Sunday may retrieve their welcome packet from the orange lockbox at the rental office. The reservation holder must complete check-in at the office on the next business day.

Additional guest perks: Complimentary weekday beach-cruiser bicycles are available from the Plumlee office. The office also offers complimentary oversized parking for boats and RV trailers.

Beach chairs, umbrellas and oversized beach towels are available to rent at check-in; current pricing is available from the rental office.
