The cottage is located between Sélestat and Sainte Marie aux Mines, in the center of Alsace, at the foothills of the Vosges.

Many tourist activities are 10 minutes from the cottage, that is to say: the Haut-Koenigsbourg castle, the eagles' flock, the mountain of the monkeys, wine cellars (independent or cooperative owners and even organic producers), Tellure ( visit to a silver mine), the Cigoland amusement park, the bread museum ...
20 minutes from Strasbourg, but by train from SELESTAT.
About 40 minutes away: the Europa park amusement park, the Vosges confectionery, the Vosges lingerie factory outlets.

We rent a gite "furnished with tourism", classified three stars, in a detached house of 110 m2, access on one level, fenced and planted, on the outskirts of the village, with no parking problems.
Outside, pétanque, swing and barbecue. Terrace of 50 m2, mainly covered.
Eight beds distributed in three rooms, namely:
- on the ground floor: a bedroom, a double bed;
- upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a second bedroom with three single beds.
Two separate WCs, two shower rooms, one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. Fitted kitchen, living room, lounge.

Sheets, blankets, pillows are included in the rental price.

Terry towels can be provided upon request and at an additional cost.

The nearest Christmas markets: SELESTAT - RIBEAUVILLE - RIQUEWIHR - KAYSERSBERG - COLMAR - BENFELD - MOLSHEIM - STRASBOURG

The nearest winter resort is 25 minutes away:

-the Les Bagenelles ski resort which marks the northern gateway to the Hautes-Vosges and stretches over 3 vast forest ridges. This charming place offers remarkable views of the Val d´Argent, the neighboring valleys, up to the Alps!

- the Lac Blanc resort - Le Bonhomme: it is a preserved environment of the Ballons des Vosges Natural Park, in the Kaysersberg valley; the Lac Blanc resort offers its alpine and nordic ski slopes on the Alsatian side of the Vosges mountains, from two main accesses: from the bottom of the domain at 900m above sea level and from the top of the domain at 1200m above sea level .
