Perfect for family vacation, completely furnished with a full kitchen, two bedrooms/two bath. This property sits on half acre of beach front property approximately one hour drive to Orlando, Daytona Beach,Kennedy space center. Come and enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and lay by the pool. Plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping is all around.

A Vacationer's Dream

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was too chilly to use the pool but the glorious view and spacious home made up for it. We watched two rocket lift offs from the beach and took long bike rides which added to our overall experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this property. Thanks!

Melbourne Beach

Our stay was great! We loved the house, everything was clean and all the amenities were great! Owners very easy to communicate with. Location was also very good! The pool delightful and only steps to the beach!! Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Turbin 2023 stay

Fantastic place! Great location away from the world but close enough to the necessities. Steps from the beach and a pool right outside the big glass doors/windows allowing amazing sunrises! We saw baby turtles hatching, Sting rays and fish jumping out of the water, and countless small lizards around the property that kept our three 8 year old boys amazed and amused!

Perfect getaway

Stunning property. Truly a home away from home. It had everything we could ever need or want. Our girls trip was amazing because of the awesome house. We sat on the beach and relaxed. Great Beach House

This place was great - steps off the beach, pool to plunge in after a swim in the ocean, a large great room looking over the ocean, a beach that goes on for miles with almost no one on it, fantastic. The owners, Sharon and Matthew, are great to deal with as well. Quick, clear communications, easy access, and very understanding. We planned for a week and on day had to escape to the Keys due to Hurricane Nicole. They went above and beyond and credited us for the days away - thanks again Sharon and Matthew.

Relaxing Beach Vacation

We spent 2 weeks in a very relaxing, welcoming, clean setting. The house had everything we could have asked for in a perfect location allowing us to cook in, or dine out at some really good local restaurants. Fishing was great, the pool was relaxing. They had all the beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, toys, pool noodles and sand spikes for fishing. We would definitely consider this property again. Sharon and Matthew were great hosts with good communication skills. Thanks for sharing this property with us.

Vacation 2022

The house and location is beautiful. It was amazing being literally on the beach for 14 days. The weather was amazing. The grandchildren and adults enjoyed the private pool and walks on the beach. We were also lucky enough to see some turtles coming in at night to lay eggs.

Excellent beach stay

We enjoyed our stay very much. I have never been on a beach that was empty at times. Very private and a great pool to go with the house. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were excellent!

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We were there from mid-May to early June. We enjoyed the pool and direct access to the beach. There are few parks or public access points near this home so the beach was very quiet in terms of the number of people. Several days, we felt like it was our own private beach. We were there during turtle nesting season and were amazed at the number of turtles we would see lining up in the ocean during the day to come on shore at night. It delighted our grandkids to see the turtle tracks on the sand in the morning as we could see where they had come on shore to lay their eggs. The host was attentive and the posting was accurate related to the house, amenities and surrounding area. We would love to come back and stay again.

Beautiful location

The minute you walk into the house and see the view facing the ocean all the stress drains right out of you. The pool isn’t heated but after sitting out in the sun a little cold doesn’t bother you. The place is close to Sebastian Inlet and my husband went down early every morning to fish for a few hours. He caught some sheep head fish that we cooked up and it was delicious. Ordered take out pizza from Oceanside Pizza the first week and it was so good we ordered again on our last night there. Would definitely come back!

Perfect place for your vacation getaway!

My husband and I were looking to escape the cold and this was the perfect place. Has everything needed, a spacious home away from home, but even better, the beach was only steps away! Very clean. The sunrises were spectacular, Gods handiwork was seen over and over again on this very private beach.

Best vacation ever

Bad reviews of the past are proven wrong when you stay at this beautiful home. My wife and I travel all over the nation and I can tell you the beach house is everything they tell you and more. Already recommended to family, friends and coworkers who travel like us. MOST RELAXING VACATION EVER!

Peaceful Serenity

Matt and Sharon's property was amazing! The house, pool and grounds were immaculate and beautiful. The beaches and wildlife were incredible. We were able to see 3 baby turtles making their way to the water after hatching early one morning on a walk, ospreys, dolphins and more. Our time here was truly wonderful!
