Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to rent (Proof of age required).

Professionally decorated with bold textiles, vibrant colors and patterns, and modern works of art throughout, this four-bedroom home brings both style and comfort to one of the desert's finest locations. The expansive backyard is the heart of this property, featuring a saltwater pool, a spillover spa, two outdoor eating areas with ample seating, a gas grill, and a firepit to use in the evenings. Every detail has been thought of, from the outdoor TV to the umbrellas that shade portions of the pool. Inside, you can gather after a day of activity to watch TV by the fireplace in the great room. As for the bedrooms, you'll have your choice of four king rooms, each with a TV and a DVD player; two of the bedrooms are master suites at either end of the house.

This home is located in South Palm Desert, mere minutes (two miles) from El Paseo and its wonderful restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, and countless sources of entertainment. A wealth of attractions await nearby, including the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens one mile east, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden (the site of the annual Indian Wells Masters/BNP Paribas Open) six miles east, and a seemingly endless assortment of championship golf courses.

Delightful! Especially like the bedrooms divided between opposite ends of the house, the pool area, the abundant seating, and the well-equipped kitchen. The house was attractive, functional, and roomy. All members of your teams that we encountered were flawless!

Don't Miss This House

We loved this home so much that we extended our stay an extra month here. The house suited our needs perfectly for our family. It is walking distance to the Living Desert Zoo, hiking trails and the wonderful El Paseo district. If you are a golfer there are dozens and dozens of wonderful courses within 20 minutes of the home. Don't pass this one up!

Great Retreat!

We love this place so much we decided to extend our stay another month. We're so happy it was available! It's walking distance to the Living Desert Zoo (great place to visit) and walking distance to the Homme/Adams park and trailhead (take the hike up to the cross!). There must be 20 golf courses within 5 miles of here too! The house is spacious and well equipped and the outdoor patio area is a fantastic end to your day. Enjoy the super clean pool too! We travel a lot and highly recommend this house.

Great Location

Great location in Palm Desert, with many walking and hiking trails, parks and dog parks. The home was well-stocked and provided great spaces to accommodate 2-3 couples with enough bedrooms and bathrooms. The backyard was also perfect for relaxation and activity. Overall a great experience. My only hesitancy for 5 stars relates to the dated furnishings, including beds that left both my husband and I with back pain every morning, and a flooring problem that could not be corrected while we were there.

Can't recommend

Too many issues with cleanliness, electrical, plumbing, and overall condition of the facility. Noisy location on a busy street.
